Abstract

Asupan nutrisi ibu nifas berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran ASI. Salah satu upaya terapi memperlancar ASI yaitu dengan mengkonsumsi Sari Kacang Hijau dari 100 gram terdapat kandungan gizi vitamin A sebanyak 157 SI dan B1 (tiamin) mengubah karbonhidrat menjadi energi karena ibu menyusui energi lebih besar dibandingkan saat hamil. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Sari Kacang Hijau (Vigna Radiata L.) Terhadap Kelancaran ASI Pada Ibu Nifas Primipara Hari Ke 2 Di Rumah Sakit Bantuan Lawang. Desain penelitian menggunakan Preeksperimen statistic comparison group, Rencana ini menggunakan dua kelompok perbandingan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil penelitian kelompok perlakuan 10 orang yang diberikan Sari Kacang Hijau 8 responden ASI lancar dan 10 orang kelompok kontrol yang tidak diberikan Sari kacang hijau 7 responden mengalami ASI tidak lancar. Analisa data menggunakan uji Man whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ρ value = 0.026 yang kurang dari nilai α (0,05), dengan demikian disimpulkan Ha diterima. Disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh pemberian terapi Sari Kacang Hijau (Vigna Radiata L.) Terhadap Kelancaran ASI Pada Ibu Nifas Primipara Hari Ke 2 Di Rumah Sakit Bantuan Lawang. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu masyarakat terutama ibu nifas untuk mengonsumsi Sari Kacang Hijau sebagai alternatif memperlancar ASI. ABSTRACT Afifah, Naila. 2020. The nutritional intake of puerperal mothers influences the smooth of breast milk. One of the therapeutic efforts to expedite the smooth of breast milk is by consuming Green Beans Sari from 100 grams there is a nutritional content of vitamin A as much as 157 SI and B1 (thiamine) converts carbonhydrate into energy because mothers breastfeed more energy than during pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of therapeutic administration of Green Bean Extract (Vigna Radiata L.) on Breast Milk smooth in Postpartum Mother Primipara Day 2 at Lawang Relief Hospital. The study design used a Experimental with Statistics comparison group. This plan used two comparison groups, but at least observations were made which made it possible to test changes that occurred after the experiment (posttest). The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample size of 20 people, and the results of research from 10 people in the ASI treatment group smoothly. Data analysis using the Whitney Man test. The results showed that ρ value = 0.000 which was less than the value of α (0.05), thus concluded that Ha was accepted. It was concluded that there was an effect of the administration of Sari Green Bean (Vigna Radiata L.) Therapy on Breast Milk smooth in Primipara Postpartum Mother Day 2 at Lawang Relief Hospital. It is expected that the results of this study can help the community, especially postpartum mothers to expedite milk smooth by consuming Green Bean Extract.
