Abstract
ABSTRAK Pola asuh adalah pola perilaku yang diterapkan pada anak dan bersifat relatif konsisten. Pola perilaku ini dapat dirasakan anak dan bisa memberi efek negatif maupun positif, salah satunya dampak negatif pola asuh dapat meningkatkan kecemasan pada remaja. Karena masa remaja atau disebut “krisis identitas” yaitu masa dimana individu harus memutuskan siapa dia, apa yang dilakukan dalam hidupnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan tingkat kecemasan remaja. Desain penelitian menggunakan korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasinya berjumlah 105 orang dengan sampel 69 orang. Sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Variabel yang diteliti adalah pola asuh orang tua dan tingkat kecemasan remaja. Dengan uji statistik Lambda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pola asuh otoriter hampir setengahnya (26%) mengalami kecemasan ringan dan pola asuh permisive (18%) mengalami kecemasan ringan dan sebagian kecil responden dengan pola asuh demokratis (17%) tidak ada kecemasan. Hasil analisa bivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara pola asuh orang tua dengan tingkat kecemasan remaja α =0.03 (< 0.05) dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,351 (kuat). Oleh karena itu diharapkan remaja hendaknya melibatkan orang tua dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang ada dengan menyatakan isi hatinya secara jujur dan terbuka serta hendaknya orang tua dapat menerapkan pola asuh yang bersifat fleksibel, luwes dan disesuaikan dengan situasi kondisi anak. Kata kunci:Pola asuh, Kecemasan ,Orang Tua,Remaja . ABSTRACT Parenting is a behavioral pattern applied to children and is relatively consistent. This behavior pattern can be felt by children and can give negative and positive effect, one of them negative impact of parenting can increase anxiety in adolescent. Because of adolescence or so-called "identity crisis" is the period in which the individual must decide who he is, what is done in his life. This study aims to determine the relationship of parenting parents with adolescent anxiety levels. The research design uses correlational approach cross sectional. The population is 105 people with a sample of 69 people. Sampling using purposive sampling. The variables studied were parenting pattern and adolescent anxiety level. With Lambda statistical test. The results showed almost half of authoritarian parenting (26%) experienced mild anxiety and permissive parenting (18%) experienced mild anxiety and a small proportion of respondents with democratic parenting (17%) had no anxiety. The result of bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between parenting pattern and adolescent anxiety level α = 0.03 (<0.05) with correlation coefficient of 0.351 (strong). Therefore, it is expected that adolescents should involve parents in overcoming the existing problems by expressing the contents of his heart honestly and openly and should parents can apply a pattern of care that is flexible, flexible and tailored to the situation of the child's condition.
