Abstract
Pemenuhan diet adalah asupan dan penggunaan gizi seseorang untuk mempertahankan status kesehatannya. Asupan makanan yang tidak cukup akan berdampak pada gizi kurang sehingga menyebabkan penyakit TB memburuk. Maka dari itu perlu adanya perbaikan gizi pada pasien TB agar pengobatan bisa efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemenuhan diet pada pasien TB di Puskesmas Turen Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 20 Januari-20 Februari 2020. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua pasien TB yang melakukan pengobatan di puskesmas Turen Kabupaten Malang sejumlah 48 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebagian pasien TB yang melakukan pengobatan dan mau menjadi responden di Puskesmas Turen Kabupaten Malang sejumlah 30 orang. Sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Alat ukurnya menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagianbesarpemenuhan diet pada pasien TB di Puskesmas Turen Kabupaten Malang yang berjumlah 30 responden dengan kategori cukup yaitu sejumlah 17 orang atau 57%,hampirsetengahnyakategori kurang yaitu 30% atau 9 orangdan sebagiankecilkategori baik yaitu 13% atau 4 orang. Hal ini dipengaruhi beberapa faktor, diantaranya adalah sosial ekonomi, faktor psikologis, keadaan jasmani dan riwayat terapi. Melihat hasil penelitian maka diharapkan tindak lanjut dari pihak puskesmas berupa penyuluhan kepada pasien maupun keluarga pasien mengenai pemenuhan diet pada pasien TB agar pasien dan keluarga mengetahui bahwa pemenuhan diet yang baik berperan baik pada penyembuhan pasien TB. ABSTRACT Fulfilling a diet is the intake and use of a person's nutrition to maintain their health status. Inadequate food intake will have an impact on malnutrition, causing TB disease to worsen. Therefore there is a need for improved nutrition in TB patients so that treatment can be effective. This study aims to determine the fulfillment of the diet in TB patients in Turen Health Center in Malang Regency. The study was conducted from January 20 to February 20, 2020. The research design used in this study was descriptive. The population of this study was all TB patients who took treatment at Turen Public Health Center in Malang Regency with 48 people. The sample in this study was that 30 TB patients took medication and were respondents in Turen Health Center in Malang Regency. The sampling used was purposive sampling. The measurement tool uses a questionnaire. Data analysis uses univariate. The results showed that most of the dietary fulfillment of TB patients in Turen Health Center in Malang Regency which amounted to 30 respondents with enough categories is 17 people or 57%, almost half of the categories are less than 30% or 9 people and a small portion of good categories namely 13% or 4 people. This is influenced by several factors, including socioeconomic, psychological factors, physical condition, and history of therapy. Seeing the results of the study it is expected that follow-up from the health center in the form of counseling to patients and their families regarding the fulfillment of the diet in TB patients so that patients and families know that fulfilling a good diet plays a good role in healing TB patients.
