Abstract

Anemia dalam nifas adalah kondisi kadar Hb ibu berada di bawah batas normal yang terjadi pada masa nifas. Kelor merupakan alternatif untuk menyelesaikan anemia karena kandungan zat besi, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B6, tiamin, riboflavin, protein yang membantu untuk meningkatkan kadar Hb. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian teh daun kelor (Moringa Oleifera Lamk) terhadap kenaikan kadar Hb pada ibu nifas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pretest posstest. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 13 ibu nifas yang mengalami anemia. Sampel terdiri dari 1 kelompok dimana dilakukan pengukuran sebelum dan sesudah pemberian. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa konsumsi teh kelor sebanyak 40 gram pagi dan sore selama 2 minggu didapatkan dari 13 responden, 13 responden mengalami kenaikan berat badan berdasarkan hasil uji statistik paired t test didapatkan nilai signifikan 0,000 (p<0,05) yang artinya ada pengaruh teh daun kelor terhadap kenaikan kadar Hb. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh teh daun kelor terhadap peningkatan kadar Hb ibu nifas yang mengalami anemia. Diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat dijadikan salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan kadar Hb pada ibu nifas yang mengalami anemia. ABSTRACT Anemia in the puerperium is a condition of maternal Hb levels below the normal level that occurs during the puerperium. Moringa is an alternative to resolve anemia because of the content of iron, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B6, thiamine, riboflavin, a protein that helps to increase Hb levels. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Moringa Oleifera Lamk leaf tea on Hb levels in postpartum mothers. This study used a pre-experimental method with one group pretest posstest design. S Ampel in this study ya i tu 13 post partum mothers who is anemic. The sample consisted of 1 group where measurements were taken before and after administration. Sampling using techniques purposive sampling. The results showed that the consumption of Moringa tea as much as 40 grams in the morning and evening for 2 weeks was obtained from 13 respondents, 13 respondents experienced weight gain based on the results of the paired t test statistic obtained a significant value of 0,000 (p <0.05), which means there is an effect of tea Moringa leaf can increase Hb level. Conclusion of this research that there is the influence of the tea leaves to l or to peningka tan hemoglobin levels postpartum mothers who are anemic. It is hoped that this research can be used as an alternative to increase Hb levels in postpartum mothers who are anemic.
