Abstract
ABSTRAK Kanker payudara (Carcinoma mammae) merupakan suatu kondisi sel telah kehilangan pengendalian dan mekanisme normalnya. Sebenarnya untuk mendeteksi kanker payudara tidak sulit, semua wanita bisa melakukan sendiri tanpa pergi ke dokter dengan melakukan SADARI, termasuk pada usia remaja. Namun fenomena yang ada sekarang yaitu masih ditemukan ketidakpahaman remaja tentang pentingnya SADARI sehingga sebagian dari mereka tidak menerapkan SADARI secara teratur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan melakukan SADARI pada remaja putri. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Populasi pada penitian ini adalah seluruh siswi kelas X jurusan TKJ di SMK Ahmad Yani Jabung. Teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah responden 36 orang. Instrument yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi penilaian kemampuan SADARI. Tempat penelitian ini di SMK Ahmad Yani Jabung dengan waktu penelitian yaitu 18 Mei 2019. Dalam penelitian ini, sebagian besar mampu melakukan SADARI sebanyak 20 orang (55,5%) dan sebagian kecil tidak mampu melakukan SADARI sebanyak 16 orang (44,5%). .Berdasarkan penelitian ini, diharapkan siswi mampu meningkatkan kembali pengetahuan SADARI dan kemampuan menerapkan SADARI secara teratur. Kata Kunci :Kemampuan, SADARI, Audiovisual ABSTRACT Breast cancer (Carcinoma mammae) is a condition the cell has lost its control and normal mechanism. Actually, to detect breast cancer is not difficult, all women can do it themselves without going to the doctor by doing BSE, including in their teens. But the current phenomenon is that teenagers still do not understand the importance of BSE so that some of them do not apply BSE regularly. This study aims to determine the ability to conduct BSE in young women. The research design used was descriptive. The population in this study was all students of class X majoring in TKJ at Ahmad Yani Jabung Vocational School .The sampling technique used total sampling with 36 respondents. The instrument used is the observation sheet for BSE ability assessment. The place of this research in Ahmad Yani Jabung Vocational School with the time of the research is May 18, 2019. In this study, most of them were able to do BSE as many as 20 people (55.5%) and a small number were unable to do BSE as many as 16 people (44.5%). Based on this research, it is expected that female students will be able to increase re-awareness of BSE and the ability to apply BSE on a regular basis. Keywords: Ability, BSE, Audiovisual
