Abstract

ABSTRAK Departemen Pendidikan Nasional mengakui bahwa selama inimasih banyak jajanan sekolah yang kurang terjamin keamanannya dan berpotensi menyebabkan anak sekolah dasar terserang penyakit, dikarenakan anak sekolah dasar belum memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup mengenai jajanan aman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan mengenai jajanan aman dengan perilaku memilih jajan pada siswa kelas 4 – 5 di SDN Karangduren 01 Kecamatan Pakisaji Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain korelasional dan menggunakan metode cross sectional study. Dengan populasi Siswa kelas 4-5 di SDN Karangduren 01, Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode Total Sampling. Besar sampel 63 responden. Variabel penelitian ini adalah Pengetahuan mengenai Jajanan Aman dengan Perilaku Memilih Jajan. Uji data menggunakan Chi Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan pengetahuan mengenai jajanan aman dengan perilaku memilih jajan pada siswa kelas 4 – 5. Uji korelasi menggunakan uji Chi Square didapatkan nilai p value 0,001 (α ≤ 0,05). Pengetahuan mengenai jajanan aman berhubungan dengan perilaku memilih jajan. Diharapkan anak sekolah dasar mampu meningkatkan kembali pengetahuan mengenai jajanan aman untuk mengetahui pemilihan jajan yang aman untuk dikonsumsi. Sehingga siswa mampu menyeleksi jajanan yang aman untuk dikonsumsi. Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan, Perilaku, Jajanan aman ABSTRACT The Ministry of National Education acknowledges that so far there are still many school snacks that are not guaranteed to be safe and have the potential to cause elementary school children to suffer from diseases, because elementary school children do not have sufficient knowledge about safe snacks. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge about safe snacks and the behavior of choosing snacks for students in grades 4-5 in Karangduren 01 Elementary School Pakisaji District, Malang Regency. This study uses a correlational design and uses a cross sectional study method. With a population of 4-5 grade students at Karangduren Elementary School 01, the sampling technique was the Total Sampling method. Sample size was 63 respondents. The variable of this study is Knowledge of Safe Snacks with Choosing Snacks. Test data using Chi Square. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between knowledge about safe snacks and the behavior of choosing snacks for students in grades 4-5. Correlation tests using Chi Square test obtained p value 0.001 (α ≤ 0.05). Knowledge of safe snacks relates to choosing snacks. It is expected that elementary school children will be able to improve their knowledge of safe snacks to find out the selection of snacks that are safe for consumption.
