Abstract
Ketepatan jadwal vaksinasi Covid-19 merupakan suatu bentuk perilaku yang dilaksanakan berupa program vaksinasi Covid-19 sesuai dengan dosis dan jadwal yang telah ditentukan. Masyarakat memiliki kekhawatiran terhadap efek samping vaksinasi. Beberapa bentuk kekhawatiran yaitu sakit kepala, sampai ada yang meninggal yang semakin menguatkan alasan masyarakat terhadap kepatuhan dari vaksin Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran ketepatan jadwal vaksinasi covid-19 warga RT 02 RW 09 Desa Tapan Kecamatan Kedungwaru Kabupaten Tulungagung. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif. Populasi warga RT 02 RW 09 Desa Tapan Kecamatan Kedungwaru Kabupaten Tulungagung, dengan jumlah sampel yang memenuhi syarat vaksin Covid-19 jenis Sinovac sejumlah 140 orang pada bulan September 2021. Dengan tekhnik sampling adalah total sampling. Variabel yang diteliti adalah kepatuhan Warga RT 02 RW 09 Desa Tapan Kecamatan Kedungwaru Kabupaten Tulungagung dalam melakukan vaksinasi covid 19. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah Univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketepatan jadwal vaksinasi Covid-19 responden dengan data sebagian besar tidak patuh jadwal (90 responden atau 64%) sedangkan hampir setengahnya patuh jadwal (50 responden atau 36%). Tingkat kepatuhan terhadap ketepatan jadwal tersebut juga mungkin dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan dan jenis pekerjaan. Diharapkan pemberian edukasi seperti sosialisasi kesehatan kepada masyarakat akan pentingnya program vaksinasi covid-19 agar kepatuhan ketepatan jadwal dalam mengikuti program vaksinasi Covid-19 dapat meningkat. ABSTRACT Accuracy of the Covid-19 vaccination schedule is a form of behavior carried out in the form of a Covid-19 vaccination program according to a predetermined dose and schedule. People have concerns about the side effects of vaccination. Some forms of concern are headaches, until someone dies which further strengthens the public's reason for compliance with the Covid-19 vaccine. The purpose of this study was to describe the accuracy of the Covid-19 vaccination schedule for residents of RT 02 RW 09 Tapan Village, Kedungwaru District, Tulungagung Regency. The design of this research was descriptive. The population of RT 02 RW 09 Tapan Village, Kedungwaru District, Tulungagung Regency, with a number of samples that met the criteria of 140 people in September 2021. The sampling technique was total sampling. The variable studied was the compliance of the residents of RT 02 RW 09 Tapan Village, Kedungwaru District, Tulungagung Regency in carrying out covid 19 vaccination. The research instrument used was an observation sheet. The data analysis used was Univariate. The results showed that the accuracy of the Covid-19 vaccination schedule of respondents with data mostly did not adhere to the schedule (90 respondents or 64%) while almost half adhered to the schedule (50 respondents or 36%). The level of adherence to the punctuality of the schedule may also be influenced by factors such as age, gender, education and type of work. It is hoped that the provision of education such as health socialization to the public on the importance of the Covid-19 vaccination program so that compliance with the Covid-19 vaccination program can increase.
