Abstract

Pendahuluan: Pelaksanaan model pembelajaran blanded learning, membutuhkan kemampuan cuci tangan pada seluruh siswa sekolah sebagai pilar utama pencegahan penularan corona virus-19 dilingkungan sekolah. Kebijakan Work From Home (WFH) masa pandemic, media sosial bisa dijadikan saluran bagi siswa dan wali siswa untuk mendapatkan informasi kesehatan tentang cuci tangan. Siswa tuna grahita dengan intelegent quantion (IQ) dibawah normal mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar, sehingga dibutuhkan media belajar yang mendekati kondisi riilnya dengan melibatkan panca indera. WFH mengakibatkan pendidikan kesehatan diUKS terhenti karena belum memiliki media video dan saluran untuk melaksanakan pendidikan cuci tangan secara on line di UKS. Penelitian pemanfaatan video tentang cuci tangan untuk siswa disabilitas tunagrahita di SLB belum banyak dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa pengaruh pemberian video tutorial cuci tangan 6 langkah terhadap kemampuan cuci tangan pada siswa SLBN Pembina Nasional Bagian C Malang. Metodologi: Jenis penelitian praeksperimen pre-postest design, proposional simple random sampling, variable penelitian kemampuan cuci tangan enam langkah, instrument ckeclits validitas instrument dilakukan uji Correlation Product Moment adalah 0.000 yang mana kurang dari 0.05 sehingga instrument dinyatakan valid. Uji pengaruh digunakan analisis Paired T Test sample berpasanagan dengan bantuan SPSS. Uji pengaruh pemberian video tutorial cuci tangan 6 langkah terhadap kemampuan cuci tangan Hasil: Didapatkan hasil bahwa nilai signifikansi adalah 0.000 yang mana kurang dari 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan pemberian video tutorial cuci tangan memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan cuci tangan siswa SLB. Diskusi: Saran UKS bisa menggunakan dan mengembangkan media promosi kesehatan video yang memanfaatkan aplikasi Whatshap, Youtube. Dan meningatkan respon dan partisipasi siswa dan siswi, terutama orang tua atau keluarga. ABSTRACT Introduction: The implementation of the blended learning model requires the ability to wash hands for all school students as the main pillar of preventing the transmission of the corona virus-19 in the school environment. In the Work From Home (WFH) policy during the pandemic, social media can be used as a channel for students and guardians to get health information about hand washing. Mentally retarded students with intelligence quantion (IQ) below normal have difficulty in learning, so that learning media is needed that is close to the real condition by involving the five senses. WFH caused health education in UKS to stop because they did not have video media and channels to carry out online handwashing education at UKS. Research on the use of videos on hand washing for mentally retarded students in special schools has not been done much. This study aims to analyze the effect of giving a 6-step handwashing video tutorial on the ability to wash hands Slbn Pembina Nasional Bagian C Malang students. Method: The type of research is pre-experimental pre-posttest design, simple random sampling, research variable is six-step handwashing ability, instrument checks the validity of the instrument, Correlation Product Moment test is 0.000 which is less than 0.05 so the instrument is declared valid. The effect test used Paired T Test sample analysis in pairs with the help of SPSS. Test the effect of giving a 6-step hand washing tutorial video on the ability to wash hands. Result: The results showed that the significance value was 0.000 which was less than 0.05 so it can be concluded that giving a hand washing tutorial video had an effect on the hand washing ability of special school students. Discuss: The UKS suggestion is to use and develop video health promotion media using the Whatshap application, Youtube. And increase the response and participation of students, especially parents or families.
