Abstract

Kasus Covid-19 pertama kali muncul diindonesia pada awal bulan maret 2020. Penyakit ini menyerang sistem pada pernaasan manusia dan bisa dapat menyebabkan kematian. Akibat pandemic ini, maka timbullah kecemasan dari semua masyarakat termasuk juga dengan anak-anak. Berbagai langkah cepat telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah sebagai upaya mencegah penyebaran dan penularan virus ini salah satunya adalah vaksin Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kecemasan anak dalam Program vaksinasi Covid-19 di SDN 01 Kebonsari Kecamatan Sumbersuko Kabupaten Lumajang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SDN Kebonsari Kecamatan Sumbersuo Kabupaten Lumajang yang belum melakuan vasinasi Covid-19 pada saat penelitian berjumlah 28 siswa. Dengan menggunakan teknik acidental sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 19 Maret 2022. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Analisis data yang digunakan univariat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 28 siswa yang belum mengikuti vaksinasi Covid-19. Distribusi freuensi kecemasan didapatkan Tida ada kecemasan 5 responden (18%), Kecemasan ringan 8 respondedn (29%), Kecemasan sedang 11 responden ( 39%), Kecemasan berat 4 responden (14%) dan tidak ada yang memiliki Kecemasan sangat berat. Kecemasan terjadi karena faktor pengetahuan dan kurangnya informasi tentang cara penyebaran dan pencegahan dini pada diri sendiri, maka perlu diingatkan kembali manfaat mengikuti program Vaksinasi Covid-19. ABSTRACT The covid-19 case first appeared in Indonesia in early March 2020. It invades the human system of human history and can cause death. As a result of this turmoil, there is anxiety in all societies as well as in children. Rapid measures have been taken by governments in an effort to prevent the spread and transmission of this virus, one of which is the covid-19 vaccine. The aim of this study is to identify the level of child anxiety in the covid-19 vaccination program at SDN zero-one kebonsari, Kebonsari sub�district, Lumajang district. This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive research design. The sample in this study were students of SDN Kebonsari, Sumbersuo District, Lumajang Regency who had not been vaccinated against Covid�19 at the time of the study, totaling 28 students. By using accidental sampling technique. This research was conducted on March 19, 2022. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis used univariate. The results showed that 28 students had not participated in the Covid-19 vaccination. Anxiety frequency distribution was found There was no anxiety 5 respondents (18%), mild anxiety 8 respondents (29%), moderate anxiety 11 respondents (39%), severe anxiety 4 respondents (14%) and none had very severe anxiety. Anxiety occurs because of the knowledge factor and lack of information about how to spread and prevent early on yourself, it is necessary to be reminded again of the benefits of participating in the Covid-19 Vaccination program.
