Abstract
Dari total kasus yang positif covid-19 sebanyak 144.247 yang meninggal, 15% nya pasien covid-19 dengan komorbid. Gangguan diabetes melitus tipe 2 merupakan komplikasi pada pasien covid-19. Peneliti menggunakan metode observasional non eksperimental secara deskriptif. Pengamatan dilakukan secara retrospektif pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan data sekunder dari lembar resep pengobatan pasien covid-19 periode Juli 2021 – September 2021 diperoleh sampel 48 pasien memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh karakteristik usia dan jenis kelamin pasien covid-19 terbanyak usia 49-58 tahun sebanyak 28 orang (58%), pasien laki-laki sebanyak 25 orang (52%). Peresepan antibiotik Azitromycin sebanyak 16 peresepan (8,5%), berdasarkan penggolobgan obat untuk terapi covid-19 paling banyak Vitamin 63 peresepan (33,69%), peresepan insulin Lantus sebanyak 39 peresepan (46,43%), golongan obat diabetes melitus tipe 2 paling banyak golongan Long-Acting 41 peresepan (48,81%). Terapi kombinasi 4 golongan sebanyak 19 peresepan (39,8%). Pola peresepan rata-rata yang sering diresepkan pada pasien covid-19 dengan komorbid diabetes melitus tipe 2 yaitu dengan jenis Antibiotik + Vitamin + Rapid-Acting + Long-Acting ABSTRACT Of the total 144,247 positive cases of COVID-19 who died, 15% of them were Covid-19 patients with comorbidities. Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a complication in COVID-19 patients. The researcher used a descriptive non-experimental observational method. Observations were made retrospectively with a cross sectional approach. Collecting secondary data from the prescription sheet for the treatment of COVID-19 patients for the period July 2021 – September 2021, a sample of 48 patients met the inclusion criteria. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the age and gender characteristics of the most COVID-19 patients aged 49-58 years were 28 people (58%), male patients were 25 people (52%). Azithromycin antibiotic prescriptions were 16 prescriptions (8.5%), based on the classification of drugs for covid-19 therapy, the most were Vitamin 63 prescriptions (33.69%), Lantus insulin prescriptions were 39 prescriptions (46.43%), diabetes mellitus drug class type 2 with the most long-acting 41 prescriptions (48.81%). Combination therapy of 4 groups as many as 19 prescriptions (39.8%). The average prescribing pattern that is often prescribed to Covid-19 patients with comorbid type 2 diabetes mellitus is the type of Antibiotics + Vitamins + Rapid-Acting + Long-Acting.
