Abstract
Pendahuluan: Menarche (Haid pertama) merupakan haid yang pertama kali terjadi. Menarche adalah menstruasi yang dialami pertama kali oleh seorang perempuan. Sedangkan Menopause merupakan suatu kondisi dimana menstruasi berhenti secara permanen. Pada kondisi ini terjadi penurunan sekresi estrogen oleh folikel ovarium sehingga menimbulkan respon peningkatan sekresi gonadotropin dari hipofise, yaitu FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) dan LH (Luteinising Hormone). Folikel yang tersisa tidak lagi sensitif terhadap peningkatan FSH dan LH ini, sehingga kadar estradiol tetap rendah, hal ini mengakibatkan menstruasi terhenti. Perubahan pada saat menopause dapat berupa penurunan produksi hormon seks wanita yaitu estrogen dan progesterone dari indung telur. Keluhan menopause sangat bervariasi pada wanita. Menopause berhubungan dengan Menarche, semakin dini Menarche terjadi, makin lambat menopausetimbul, sebaliknya makin lambat Menarche terjadi makin cepat terjadinya menopause.Metode: Penelitian inimenggunakan desain korelasi analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional.Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua ibu-ibu menopause berjumlah 49 orang,dan sampelnya adalah sebagian ibu-ibu yang mengalami menopause yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dengan teknik metode purposive sampling berjumlah 46 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar wawancara, analisis data secara bivariat dengan uji statistik menggunakan Rank Spearman dengan nilai signifikansi α=0,05. Dari hasil uji statistik Rank spearman didapatkan hasil p value = .000 < 0,05 ( .000 < 0,05), maka Ho ditolak sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa ada hubungan usia Menarche dengan kejadian menopause Disscusion: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka diharapkan bagi ibuyang mnegalami Menarchelebih awal dapat mempersiapkan diri baik secara fisik dan mental dalam menghadapi menopause ABSTRACT Introdutions : Menarche (first menstruation) is the first period of bleeding in the uterine wall and what is known as menstrual blood, the first period is a sign of biological readiness, and the sign of the fertile cycle has begun. Menarcheis a period experienced by a woman forthe first time. Whereas Menopauseis a condition where menstruation stops permanently. In this condition there is a loweringin estrogen secretion by the ovarian follicles which causean increase of gonadotropin secretion from pituitary, namely FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) and LH (Luteinising Hormone). The remaining follicles are no longer sensitive to this increase of FSH and LH, so that estradiol levels remain low, this causes menstruation to stop. Changes at menopausecan be a decrease of the production of female sex hormones, namely estrogen and progesterone from the ovaries. Menopausal illnes are various among women. Menopause is related to Menarche, the earlier Menarche occurs, the later menopause occurs, and the later Menarche occurs the sooner menopause occurs Methods : This study uses analytical correlation design with cross sectional approach. The population in this study are all menopausal mothers totaling 49 people, the sample is some of the mothers who experience menopause who match the inclusion criteria and is taken by purposive sampling method totaling 46 people. The instrument used is the interview sheet, bivariate data analysis with statistical tests using Rank Spearman. Result:From the results of the Spearman Rank statistical test results obtained p value = .000 with a significance value of 0.05 because the value of p < 0.05 (.000 < 0.05). H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that there is a relationship between the age of Menarche and the incidence of menopausein menopausal women aged 40-55 year in Poyandu Lansia Mawar Kec. Poncokusumo, Kab. Malang. Conclutions : There are relations between age of Menarche and menopause in menopausal women beetwen 40-55 years old in Posyandu Mawar, Kec. Poncokusumo, Kab. Malang.
