Abstract
Emesis Gravidarum merupakan gangguan yang dialami ibu hamil dengan keluhan pening di kepala, mual ringan sampai muntah. Pisang Ambon Crunchy adalah salah satu bentuk olahan dari pisang, pisang ambon kaya akan kandungan vitamin B6 yang dapat mengurangi gejala mual muntah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh Pisang Ambon Crunchy terhadap mual muntah. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre Eksperimen dengan rancangan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 18 responden yang yang diambil dengan metode Purposive Sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi dan kuisioner, uji analisa data Paired T-Test. Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebagian besar mengalami penurunan mual muntah sebanyak 12 responden (66,7%) dan hampir setengahnya tidak mengalami perubahan intensitas mual muntah sebanyak 6 responden (33,3%). Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05), maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh pisang ambon crunchy terhadap gejala mual muntah di PMB Sri Mulyani. Diharapkan ibu hamil trimester I dapat mengolah Pisang Ambon Crunchy karena kaya dengan kandungan B6 bermanfaat sebagai koenzim untuk reaksi metabolisme protein. ABSTRACT Gravidarum emesis is a disorder experienced by pregnant women with complaints of dizziness in the head, mild nausea to vomiting. Ambon Crunchy Banana is a form of processed banana, Ambon banana is rich in vitamin B6 which can reduce the symptoms of nausea and vomiting. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Ambon Crunchy Banana on nausea and vomiting. The research design used was Pre Experiment with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample used in this study amounted to 18 respondents taken by the purposive sampling method. Data retrieval is done by using observations and questionnaires, data analysis test Paired T-Test. The results showed that most of the respondents experienced a decrease in nausea and vomiting by 12 respondents (66,7%) and almost half did not experience changes in the intensity of nausea and vomiting by 6 respondents (33,3%). Statistical test results obtained a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that there is the influence of crunchy ambon banana on the symptoms of nausea and vomiting in PMB Sri Mulyani. It is expected that first trimester pregnant women can process Ambon Crunchy Banana because it is rich in B6 content, useful as a coenzyme for protein metabolic reactions.
