Abstract
ABSTRAK Sakit dan dirawat di rumah sakit merupakan krisis utama yang tampak pada anak. Anak masih merasa asing sehingga tidak dapat mengontrol emosi dan mengalamistres, reaksinya berupa menolak makan, sering bertanya, menangis dan tidakkooperatif dengan petugas kesehatan.Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui gambaran faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hospitalisasi pada anak usia pra sekolah di RS Brawijaya Lawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif .Sebanyak 10 anak anak usia pra sekolah yang di rawat di RS Brawijaya menjadi responden penelitian. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa seluruh anak (100%) yang dirawat mendapatkan dukungan dari orang tua atau pun keluarganya. Sebagian besar responden (70%) merasakan nyeri sedang. Lebih dari setengah (60%) anak merasa lingkungan rumah sakit tidak mendukung dan tidak pernah dirawat di rumah sakit. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi timbulnya respon hospitalisasi cenderung hospitalisasi pada anak usia pra sekolah di RS Brawijaya Lawang antara lain system pendukung, nyeri yang dirasakan anak, lingkungan rumah sakit dan pengalaman anak dirawat di RS. Melalui hasil penelitian di harapkan anak mampu meminimalisasi dampak hospitalisasi yang dialami oleh anak usia pra sekolah. Kata kunci : Respon Hospitalisasi, Anak, Pra sekolah, Faktor-Faktor yang mempengaruhi Respon ABSTRCT Sickness and hospitalization is a major crisis in children. They often experienced whit unpleasant feeling followed by uncontrolled emotion and stress shown by eating disorder, crying and not cooperative behavior to medical officer. The aim of this study are describe Hospitalization factor of among Preschool children in Brawijaya Hospital Lawang Malang descriptive design was apply in this study to obtain information from respondent. There is 10 participant was involved. Result show that all of children (100%) got social support from their family. Most of them (70%) experienced with moderate pain. More than a half (60%) state that feel a bad hospital environment and never hospitalized before. It could be conclude that Hospitalization factor of among Preschool children in Brawijaya Hospital Lawang Malang include: Supporting system, experience of pain, hospital environment and hospitalization experience.
