Abstract
ABSTRAK Gagal ginjal kronis (GGK) adalah kondisi saat fungsi ginjal mulai menurun secara bertahap. GGK bersifat irreversible mengakibatkan perubahan fisiologis yang tidak dapat diatasi lagi dengan cara konservatif sehingga membutuhkan terapi pengganti ginjal, salah satunya yaitu Hemodialisa. Terapi ini bertujuan untuk mengeluarkan sisa-sisa metabolisme dari peredaran darah dan terapi ini akan dilaksanakan 1-2x perminggu seumur hidup pasien. oleh karena itu, sangatlah penting untuk dukungan keluarga bagi pasien GGK yang rutin melakukan cuci darah di unit hemodialisa RS.dr. Soepraoen Malang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat dukungan keluarga. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Populasinya adalah pasien yang menjalani hemodialisa di RS dr. Soepraoen sejumlah 165 orang. Tehnik sampling adalah Accidental sampling dan jumlah sampelnya sebanyak 25 responden dengan pengambilan data menggunakan Kuisioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa dukungan keluarga pada pasien hemodialisa yang tertinggi yaitu baik 14 responden (56%), dukungan keluarga cukup sebanyak 9 orang (36%) sedangkan dukungan keluarga yang kurang adalah 2 responden (8%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh dukungan keluarga kategori baik, hal ini dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti usia, status pendidikan, status pekerjaan, satus pernikahan, status keluarga yang mengantar, dan lama HD. Dari kesimpulanya didapatkan gambaran dukungan keluarga mayoritas baik dan diharapkan kepada anggota keluarga mempertahankan dukungan keluarganya. Kata Kunci: Dukungan Keluarga, GGK, Hemodialisis . ABSTRACT Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a condition when kidney function begins to decline gradually or CKD is irreversible, Resulting in physiological changes that can't be overcome by conservative methods that require renal replacement therapy, one of which is Hemodialysis, this therapy is a high technology for removing metabolic remnants of human blood circulation. this therapy aims to remove metabolic waste from human blood circulation and this therapy is carried out 1-2x per week for life. Therefore, it is very important to support the family, especially the management of patients with chronic kidney disease who routinely do dialysis in the hemodialysis unit Dr. Soepraoen Hospital, Malang. The purpose of this study was to identify the level of family support. The research design used was descriptive. The population is families who under treatment hemodialysis at RS dr. Soepraoen Hospital, Malang has 165 people. The sampling technique was accidental sampling and the number of samples was 25 respondents using questionaires. Based on the results of the research, it was found that family support for the highest hemodialysis patients was 14 respondents (56%). enough family support as many as 9 people (36%) while family support that is less is 2 respondents (8%). Based on the results of the study obtained family support in good categories, this can be influenced by several factors such as age, education status, employment status, marital status, family status, and HD. From the conclusion it was found that the picture of majority family support was good and it was hoped that family members would maintain their family support.
