Abstract

Diharapkan ibu inpartu kala I fase aktif primigravida diberikan teknik akupresur titik heku (Li4). Kata Kunci : Akupresur Titik Heku (Li4), Kala I fase aktif ABSTRACT Labor begins when the uterus contracts and causes changes to the cervix and ends with the birth of the placenta completely. The first stage starts from the presence of the one which causes the opening until the complete opening (10cm). The pressure point acceleration technique can help in the labor process, the pressure at this point will intensify the contraction, and this point is important to help the cervix dilate. The research design used was pre-experiment with the Static group comparison approach, taken by accidental sampling method. The results showed that there were respondents who were given the treatment of acupressure techniques experiencing the first active phase faster than 4-5 hours as much as 2 respondents and the first time the normal active phase of 6-8 hours was 2 respondents, the effect of acupressure technique on labor time I the active phase in primigravida mothers obtained p-value (Asymp. Sig 2-tailed) of 0.046 which was less than the research critical limit of 0.05 so the hypothesis decision refused H0 to accept H1. The conclusion of this study is that there is the influence of heku point acupressure technique (Li4) on the duration of the active phase I at the Sumbersuko Wagir Sub-District Health Center Malang Regency. It is expected that mothers in the first stage of the primigravida active phase will be given the heku point acupressure technique (Li4). Keywords: Heku Point Acupressure (Li4), First active phase
