Abstract
ABSTRAK Bencana alam adalah sesuatu hal yang tidak bisa diramalkan. Bahkan, selain tidak pernah bisa diramalkan, bencana alam itu adalah sesuatu hal yang tidak pernah diinginkan. Indonesia sedemikian “akrab” dengan bencana alam. Berbagai macam bencana alam sebagaimana kita ketahui sering terjadi ditanah air kita. Bahkan, dalam setahun terakhir sejumlah gempa bumi menggoyang beberapa daerah di Indonesia Bagian Barat. Bencana alam yang telah terjadi di Lombok pada tanggal 5 Agustus 2018 menimbulkan beberapa masalah seperti pengungsian dan kerusakan infrastruktur. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran trauma pasca gempa di masyarakat RT 07 Dusun Paok Rempek Lombok Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). Desain penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah dekriptif. Populasi berjumlah 72 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan sample sejumlah 24 orang. Variabel pada penelitian ini adalah gambaran trauma pasca gempa. Kuesioner yang digunakan adalah kuesioner TSQ. Berdasarkan analisa data, sebagain besar responden (58,3%) mengalami trauma tinggi sebanyak 14 orang, hampir setengahnya (37,5%) mengalami trauma sedang sebanyak 9 orang dan sebagian kecil responden (4,2%) mengalami trauma rendah sebanyak 1 orang. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa kejadian trauma pasca gempa berada dalam kategori tinggi pada masyarakat RT 07 Dusun Paok Rempek Lombok Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) Sehingga diharapkan pemerintah, tenaga kesehatan dan BPBD memberikan pendampingan kepada masyarakat yang terdampak gempa dengan memeberikan dukungan dan menyiapkan kebutuhan logistik yang dibutuhkan masyarakat agar tidak merasa sendiri dalam menghadapi masalah bencana alam. Kata Kunci : pasca gempa, trauma ABSTRACT Natural disasters are things that cannot be predicted. In fact, besides being unpredictable, natural disasters are things that have never been desired. Indonesia is so "familiar" with natural disasters. Various kinds of natural disasters as we know often occur in our land. In fact, in the past year a number of earthquakes rocked several regions in Western Indonesia. The natural disaster that has occurred in Lombok on August 5, 2018 has caused several problems such as displacement and damage to infrastructure. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of post-earthquake trauma in the community of RT 07, Paok Rempek Hamlet, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). The research design in this study is descriptive. The population amounted to 72 people using purposive sampling so that a sample of 24 people was obtained. The variables in this study are a picture of post-earthquake trauma. The questionnaire used was the TSQ questionnaire. Based on data analysis, the majority of respondents (58.3%) experienced high trauma as many as 14 people, almost half (37.5%) experienced moderate trauma as many as 9 people and a small proportion of respondents (4.2%) experienced low trauma as much as 1 person . This proves that the trauma of the post earthquake was in the high category of the community RT 07 Hamlet Paok Rempek Lombok West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) So that the government, health workers and BPBD are expected to provide assistance to communities affected by the earthquake by providing support and preparing logistical needs needed by the community so they do not feel alone in dealing with natural disaster problems.
