Abstract
ABSTRAK Penggunaan KB DMPA (DepoMedroxyprogesteroneAsetat) yang mengandung progesteron dapat meningkatkan tekanan darah. Peningkatan tekanan darah dapat di diberikan pengobatan yang alami dan mudah didapatkan dengan mengkonsumsi jus semangka (Citrullus vulgaris) yang mengandung kalium yang bisa menurunkan tekanan darah. Tujuan Penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jus semangka (Citrullus vulgaris) terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada akseptor KB suntik DMPA. Desain Penelitian ini adalah pre-eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pretest pottest design. Jumlah populasi 60 responden akseptor KB suntik DMPA yang mengalami kenaikan tekanan darah dan sampelnya 15 dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan lembar observasi tekanan darah dan lembar wawancara, tensi meter, dan lembar SPO. Analisa data menggunakanUji Paired T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hampir seluruhnya sebanyak 15 responden (100%) mengalami kenaikan tekanan darah sebelum pemberian jus semangka dengan kategori hipertensi ringan dan hampir seluruhnya sebanyak 15 responden (100%) mengalami penurunan tekanan darah dengan kategori normal setelah pemberian jus semangka. Hasil uji statistik p-value=0,000 < a =0,05, Ha diterima. artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pemberian jus semangka (Citrullus vulgaris) dengan penurunan tekanan darah. Maka peneliti menyarankan jus semangka (Citrullus vulgaris) dapat di jadikan sebagian salah satu minuman herbal untuk menurunkan tekanan darah. . Kata Kunci: Jus Semangka (Citrullus vulgaris),TekananDarah KB Suntik DMPA ABSTRACT The use of DMPA KB (DepoMedroxyprogesterone Acetate) containing progesterone can increase blood pressure. Increased blood pressure can be given a natural treatment and easily obtained by consuming watermelon juice (Citrullus vulgaris) which contains potassium which can reduce blood pressure. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of watermelon juice(Citrullus vulgaris) on the decrease of blood pressure on KB injection acceptor DMPA. Design This study was pre-experimental with the design of one group pretest pottest design. The population of 60 respondents of DMPA injection acceptor who experienced increased blood pressure and the sample 15 by using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques with blood pressure observation sheet and interview sheet, tension meter, and SPO sheet. Data analysis using Paired T-test. The results showed that almost all of the respondents (100%) experienced an increase in blood pressure before the watermelon juice with the first stage hypertension category and almost 15% (100%) experienced a decrease in blood pressure with normal category after juice watermelon. Statistical test results p-value = 0,000 <a = 0.05, H1 accepted. meaning there is a significant influence between the provision of watermelon juice (Citrullus vulgaris) with a decrease in blood pressure. So researchers suggest watermelon juice (Citrullus vulgaris) can be made part one herbal drink to lower blood pressure. .
