Abstract
Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi adalah kondidi dimana pembuluh darah secara presisten mengalami peningatan tekanan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk profil peresepan penggunaan obat antihipertensi pada pasien rawat jalan di Poliklinik Jantung RS Tk II dr. Soepraoen Malang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian observasional deskriptif dengan pengamatan prospektif. Observasional deskriptif adalah penelitian yang bertujuan hanya menggambarkan (mendeskripsi) fenomena yang ditemukan, baik itu berupa faktor resiko, maupun suatu efek atau hasil.Hasil yang didapat perempuan sebanyak 119 resep (60,71%), laki-laki sebanyak 48 resep (62,33%). Pada usia lebih dari 50 tahun yaitu sebanyak 126 resep (64,28%). Obat hipertensi yang paling banyak diresepkan yaitu Bisoprolol dengan jumlah 62 resep (26,05%). Bisoprolol dikombinasikan dengan spirunolacton merupakan kombinasi obat yang paling banyak diresepkan yaitu 36 resep (15,65%).
