Abstract
Scabies merupakan penyakit kulit menular yang disebabkan oleh tungau sarcoptes scabiei yang banyak menyerang kelompok komunitas, khususnya santri pondok pesantren. Kurang perhatian santri terhadap masalah kesehatan diri dan kebersihan lingkungan pondok pesantren yang kurang memadai menjadi faktor pendukung penularan penyakit scabies dikalangan para santri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan Karakteristik Scabies Pada Santri Pondok Pesantren Annur 1 Al Burhany Bululawang Kabupaten Malang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif. Populasi seluruh santri Pondok Pesantren Annur 1 Al Burhany Bululawang Kabupaten Malang yang sedang mengalami scabies dengan jumlah sample 35 responden. Dengan menggunakan Total Sampling. Variabel yang di teliti adalah karakteristik scabies pada santri pondok pesantren. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan analisa data univariat. Penelitian ini di laksanakan pada tanggal 29 Juni – 1 Juli 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik scabies pada santri pondok pesantren dengan karakteristik fisik scabies warna merah hampir setengahnya 15 responden (57%). Karakteristik sebaran scabies penyebaran terbanyak pada daerah lipatan hampir seluruhnya 15 responden (43%). Karakteristik penanganan scabies cara penanganan sebagian besar dibiarkan saja hingga sembuh 20 responden (57%). Diharapkan agar santri pondok pesantren dapat mengetahui dan memperhatikan penyakit scabies serta mendorong kesadaran santri untuk menjaga kebersihan, meningkatkan personal hygiene dan sanitasi lingkungan. ABSTRACT Scabies is an infectious skin disease caused by the scabiei sarcoptes mite which attacks many community groups, especially islamic boarding school students. The lack of attention of students to personal health problems and inadequate environmental hygiene of islamic boarding schools are factors supporting the transmission of scabies among students. The purpose of this study is to describe the Characteristics of Scabies in Santri Pondok Pesantren Annur 1 Al Burhany Bululawang, Malang Regency. The design of this study used descriptive. The population of all students of Pondok Pesantren Annur 1 Al Burhany Bululawang, Malang Regency who was experiencing scabies with a total sample of 35 respondents. By using Total Sampling. The variables studied was the characteristics of scabies in islamic boarding school students. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis uses univariate data analysis. This research was carried out on June 29 – July 1, 2022. The results showed that the characteristics of scabies in islamic boarding school students with the physical characteristics of red scabies were almost half of 15 respondents (57%). The characteristics of the distribution of scabies spread the most in the fold area were almost entirely 15 respondents (43%). The characteristics of scabies treatment in the treatment method were mostly left alone until it healed 20 respondents (57%). It is hoped that islamic boarding school students can know and pay attention to scabies and encourage student awareness to maintain cleanliness, improve personal hygiene and environmental sanitation.
