Abstract
Angka kejadian gastritis pada beberapa daerah di Indonesia cukup tinggi dengan prevalensi 247,396 kasus. Gastritis merupakan suatu peradangan mukosa lambung yang disebabkan oleh Helicobacteri Pylori yang dapat bersifat akut, kronik difusi atau lokal. Penderita gastritis umumnya mengalami gangguan saluran pencernaan atas, berupa nafsu makan menurun, perut kembung dan perasaan penuh di perut, mual, muntah, dan bersendawa. Faktor resiko gastritis adalah menggunakan obat aspirin atau anti-radang non steroid, infeksi kuman Helicobacter Pylori, memiliki kebiasaan mengkonsumsi minuman beralkohol, memiliki kebiasaan merokok, sering mengalami stres, pola makan yang tidak teratur serta terlalu banyak mengkonsumsi makanan yang pedas dan asam. Agar terhindar dari penyakit gastritis, maka pengetahuan dan perilaku pencegahan itu penting. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan dan perilaku pencegahan mahasiswa. Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif “non eksperimental” deskriptif survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Mahasiswa DIII Farmasi Reguler Tingkat I, II, dan III ITSK RS dr. Soepraoen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa DIII Farmasi ITSK RS dr. Soepraoen. Sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan “probability sampling” stratified random sampling. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat pengetahuan dan perilaku pencegahan gastritis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan Mahasiswa DIII Farmasi ITSK RS dr. Soepraoen sebanyak 38 orang (61,29%) dikategorikan baik, 17 orang (27,41%) dikategorikan cukup, 7 orang (11,29%) dikategorikan kurang. Dari hasil penelitian perilaku pencegahan menunjukkan sebanyak 56 orang (90,32%) dikategorikan cukup, 3 orang (4,83%) dikategorikan baik, 3 orang (4,83%) dikategorikan kurang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu tingkat pengetahuan Mahasiswa DIII Farmasi ITSK RS dr. Soepraoen tentang gastritis berada pada kategori baik dan perilaku pencegahan yang berada pada kategori cukup. ABSTRACT The incidence of gastritis in several regions in Indonesia is quite high with a prevalence of 247,396 cases. Gastritis is an inflammation of the gastric mucosa caused by Helicobacteri Pylori which can be acute, chronic diffusion or local. People with gastritis generally experience upper digestive tract disorders, in the form of decreased appetite, flatulence and feeling full in the stomach, nausea, vomiting, and belching. Risk factors for gastritis are using non-steroidal aspirin or anti-inflammatory drugs, Helicobacter Pylori germ infection, having a habit of consuming alcoholic beverages, having a habit of smoking, frequent stress, irregular diet and consuming too much spicy and acidic food. In order to avoid gastritis, knowledge and preventive behaviors are important. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of the level of knowledge and prevention behavior of students. The research design in this study used quantitative "non-experimental" descriptive survey methods. The population in this study was Regular Pharmacy DIII Students Level I, II, and III ITSK RS dr. Soepraoen. The sample in this study was a Student of DIII Pharmacy ITSK RS dr. Soepraoen. Sampling in this study used "probability sampling" stratified random sampling. The difference in this study is the level of knowledge and behavior of gastritis prevention. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis using descriptive statistics. The results showed the level of knowledge of ITSK Pharmacy DIII Students, DR. Soepraoen as many as 38 people (61.29%) were categorized as good, 17 people (27.41%) were categorized as sufficient, 7 people (11.29%) were categorized as lacking. From the results of preventive behavior research, it showed that as many as 56 people (90.32%) were categorized as sufficient, 3 people (4.83%) were categorized as good, 3 people (4.83%) were categorized as less. The conclusion of this study is the level of knowledge of ITSK Pharmacy DIII Students, DR. Soepraoen about gastritis is in the good category and preventive behaviors are in the sufficient category.
