Abstract
Pada kalangan wanita, kesehatan reproduksi harus memperoleh perhatian yang serius. Salah satu gejala dan tandatanda penyakit infeksi organ reproduksi wanita adalah terjadinya keputihan. Keputihan merupakan salah satu masalah yang sejak lama menjadi persoalan bagi kaum wanita. Penyebab keputihan yang sering terjadi disebabkan oleh jamur yang sifatnya parasit. Jamur yang menyebabkan keputihan ialah jamur Candida albicans. Untuk mengurangi keputihan dapat menggunakan daun sirsak. Daun sirsak dapat untuk mengobati keputihan pada wanita karena mengandung zat antiseptik yang dapat membunuh kuman, yaitu fenol, dimana kandungan fenol dalam daun sisak memiliki sifat antiseptik 5 kali lebih efektif dibandingkan fenol biasa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Rebusan Daun Sirsak Terhadap Keputihan Patologis Pada Wanita Usia Subur di Puskesmas Junrejo Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan One Grup Pretest Posttest. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 21 WUS. Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Hasil Penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan hasil yang didapatkan nilai signifikan 0,004. (p<0,05) yang artinya ada pengaruh pemberian rebusan daun sirsak terhadap keputihan patologis pada wanita usia subur. Kesimpulan terdapat Pengaruh Pemberian Rebusan Daun Sirsak Terhadap Keputihan Patologis Pada Wanita Usia Subur di Puskesmas Junrejo Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu. Disarankan untuk Wanita Usia Subur yang mengalami keputihan dapat menggunakan daun sirsak sebagai pengobatan alternatif. Abstract Among women, reproductive health must receive serious attention. One of the symptoms and signs of disease of female reproductive organs is vaginal discharge. Leucorrhoea is one problem that has long been a problem for women. The cause of vaginal discharge that often occurs is caused by fungi that are parasitic. The fungus that causes leucorrhoea is the fungus Candida albicans. To reduce vaginal discharge you can use soursop leaves. Soursop leaves can be used to treat vaginal discharge in women because they contain antiseptic substances that can kill germs, namely phenols, where the phenol content in sisak leaves has 5 times more effective antiseptic properties than ordinary phenols. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of soursop leaf decoction on pathological vaginal discharge in fertile-aged women in the Junrejo Public Health Center, Junrejo District, Batu City. This research method uses the One Group Pretest Posttest approach. The sample in this study was 21 WUS. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection using questionnaire sheets. The research results were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test and the results obtained were significant values of 0.004. (p <0.05) which means that there is an effect of soursop leaf decoction on pathological vaginal discharge in women of childbearing age. Conclusion there is the effect of giving soursop leaf decoction on pathological vaginal discharge in fertile-aged women in Puskesmas Junrejo, Junrejo District, Batu City. It is recommended for fertile women who experience vaginal discharge to use soursop leaves as an alternative treatment.
