Abstract

Luka perineum adalah luka karena adanya robekan jalan lahir baik karena rupture ataupun episiotomy waktu melahirkan janin. Kayu manis mengandung aktivitas farmakologis untuk menyembuhkan luka. Tujuan Penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberian rebusan kayu manis terhadap penyembuhan luka perinium pada ibu nifas. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain Quasy Experimental dengan pendekatan menggunakan nonequivalentcontrol group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 23 responden jumlah sampel penelitian berjumlah 18 responden yang diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi, Uji analisa data paired T-Test. Hasil penelitian didapatkan seluruh responden mengalami penyembuhan luka jaringan sehat sebanyak 9 responden (100%). Hasil uji statistic didapatkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 (p <0.05) artinya ada pengaruh pemberian rebusan kayu manis terhadap penurunan luka peinium pada ibu nifas. Kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh pemberian kayu manis terhadap penyembuhan luka jahitan perinium pada ibu nifas di PMB Ny. Sumarya kecamatan kedungkandang kota malang. Disarankan bagi ibu nifas dapat menjaga kebersihanluka perinium dan mengkonsumsi rebusan kayu manis. Abstract Perineal wounds are injuries due to a tear in the birth canal either due to rupture or episiotomy during delivery of the fetus. Cinnamon contains pharmacological activities to heal wounds. The research objective was to determine the effect of cinnamon decoction on healing perinium wounds in postpartum mothers. The research design used was a Quasy Experimental design with an approach using the nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study was 23 respondents, the number of the research sample was 18 respondents who were taken by purposive sampling method. Data were collected using the observation sheet, data analysis test paired T-Test. The results showed that all respondents experienced wound healing with healthy tissue as many as 9 respondents (100%). The statistical test results obtained a significant value of 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that there is an effect of giving cinnamon decoction on reducing peinium wounds in postpartum mothers. The conclusion is that there is an effect of cinnamon on the healing of perinium suture wounds in postpartum mothers in PMB Ny. Sumarya, Kedungkandang sub-district, Malang city. It is recommended for postpartum mothers to keep perinium wound clean and consume cinnamon stew
