Abstract
ABSTRAK Posyandu merupakan salah satu pelayanan untuk memudahkan masyarakat mengetahui atau memeriksa kesehatan terutama ibu hamil dan anak balita. Keaktifan ibu pada setiap kegiatan posyandu tentu akan berpengaruh pada keadaan status gizi anak balitanya, karena salah satu tujuan posyandu adalah memantau peningkatan status gizi masyarakat terutama anak balita dan ibu hamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan tentang posyandu balita dengan keaktifan ibu mengikuti posyandu balita. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2019. Desain yang digunakan adalah korelasi dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasinya yaitu Semua ibu yang mempunyai anak balita di Posyandu Dusun Blimbing Barat Barat Desa Parerejo Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Pasuruan yang berjumlah 98 ibu dengan sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi berjumlah 42 ibu. Sedangkan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan statistik Chi-Square. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik didapatkan hasil nilai p value 0,000 dengan α < 0.05 dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan semakin kurang pengetahuan ibu tentang posyandu balita maka semakin tidak aktif ibu mengikuti posyandu balita, yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan secara statistik antara pengetahuan tentang posyandu balita dengan keaktifan ibu mengikuti posyandu balita di Posyandu Anggrek Dusun Blimbing Barat Desa Parerejo Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Pasuruan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas untuk perawat hendaknya berupaya memberikan penyuluhan kepada ibu balita mengenai keaktifan mengikuti posyandu balita untuk menumbuhkan minat dari ibu balita dalam mengikuti kegiatan posyandu. Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan, Posyandu, Keaktifan ABSTRACT Posyandu (Integrated health post) is one of the services to make people easier to know or check health, especially pregnant women and toddlers. Mother’s participating rate at each posyandu activity will certainly affect the nutritional status of her toddler, because one of the purposes of the posyandu is to monitor the improvement of the nutritional status of the society, especially toddlers and pregnant women. The aim of this study was to determined the correlation between knowledge and participating rate of mothers at posyandu. The study was conducted in May 2019. The design was a correlation with a Cross Sectional approach. The population was all the mothers who have toddlers in Blimbing Sub-Village West Of Parerejo Village, Purwodadi Sub-District, Pasuruan Regency, which amounted 98 mothers with samples that fulfilled the inclusion and exclusion criteria totaling 42 mothers. The sampling technique was Purposive Sampling. The data were analyzed by Chi-Square statistics. Based on the results of statistical tests, the results of the p value 0,000 with α < 0.05 and the results of the study showed that the less knowledge of mothers about posyandu, the more inactive the mothers attended it, which means that there was a statistically significant correlation between knowledge and participating rate of mothers at posyandu in Blimbing Sub-Village, West Of Parerejo Village, Purwodadi Sub-District, Pasuruan Regency. Based on this study, the nurses are expected to provide counseling to toddlers’ mothers regarding the active participation of toddlers’ posyandu to improve the interest of toddlers’ mothers in participating posyandu activities.
