Abstract
ABSTRAK RJP merupakan pelaksanaan yang sangat vital dalam kasus henti jantung karena tenggelam, tetapi tidak hanya karena tenggelam bisa karena sakit jantung atau kejadian yang lain. Terjadinya henti jantung dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah tenggelam karena petugas kolam renang masih belum mengetahui atau kurang terpapar informasi tentang bagaimana pertolongan pertama pada korban tenggelam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan resusitasi jantung paru (RJP) terhadap pengetahuan tentang penanganan henti jantung korban tenggelam. Metode penelitian: penelitian ini menggunakan desain preexperiment dengan rancangan penelitian one group pretest-postest design. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode total sampling. Besar sampel 10 petugas untuk setiap kelompok. Waktu dan tempat penelitian adalah tanggal 16-17 Mei 2019 di Kolam Renang Metro Kepanjen. Variabel Penelitian ini ada dua yaitu variabel independen adalah pelatihan resusitasi jantung paru (RJP) dan variabel dependen adalah pengetahuan tentang penanganan henti jantung. Hasil Uji statistik menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon menunjukan nilai p bernilai 0,002. Karena nilai 0,002 (<0,05) yang artinya ada pengaruh antara pelatihan resusitasi jantung paru (RJP) dengan tingkat pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan Diskusi: diharapkan petugas kolam renang dapat menerapkan pertolongan pertama resusitasi jantung paru (RJP) pada korban tenggelam yang mengalami henti jantung. Kata kunci : Pelatihan RJP, Henti Jantung, Pengetahuan. ABSTRACT CPR is a very vital implementation in cases of cardiac arrest due to drowning, but not only because of drowning can be due to heart disease or other events. The occurrence of cardiac arrest is influenced by several factors, one of which of drowning because pool attendants still do not know or are less exposed to information about how first did victims drown.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cardiac pulmonary sesuscitation training (CPR) on knowledge of cardiac arrest in victims of drowning. Research methods : This study used a pre-experiment design with a research design of one group pretest-postest design. Sampling technique with a total method, a sample size of 10 officers for each group. The time and place of study is May 16-17 2019 at the Kepanjen Metro pool. There are two variabels in this study, namely the independent variabel is cardiovascular is knowledge about the management of cardiac arrest. The Result : Statistical test using the Wilcoxon test show a p value of 0,02 because the value is 0,02 (<0,05) which means that there is an influence between cardiovascular cardiac resuscitation (CPR). Training and the level of knowledge. Discussion : it is expected that pool workers can apply first did to pulmonary cardiac resuscitation (CPR) to drowning victims who experience cardiac arrest.
