Abstract
Interaksi obat merupakan efek dari suatu obatyang disebabkan jika terdapat dua obata atau lebih yang saling berinteraksi dan mempengaruhi respon tubuh terhadap pengobatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran interaksi obat penyakit COVID-19 dengan komorbid diabetes mellitus tipe 2 pada pasien rawat inap. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskripstif menggunakan metode observasional cross-sectional dengan pengamatan retrospektif pada bulan Desember 2020 - Juli 2021. Pengambilan data pasiendiperoleh dari rekam medis psien dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi sebanyak 55 pasien yang diambil sebagai sampel. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi MEDSCAPE dan drugs.com. Sebanyak 46 resep (83,64%) berpotensi mengalami interaksi obat dimana tingkat signifikansi interaksi obat paling banyak adalah interaksi farmakodinamik (92,31%).
