Abstract
Stres adalah kondisi fisik dan psikologi yang disebabkan karena adaptasi pada lingkungan. Stres kerja banyak terjadi pada para pekerja atau tenaga kesehatan seperti perawat khususnya pada masa pandemi covid-19. Saat itu tenaga medis di Puskesmas Tirtoyudo Kabupaten Malang terutama perawat banyak terinfeksi virus covid-19. Perawat mengatakan ketika pasien datang ke Puskesmas (IGD) mereka merasa sangat cemas, takut, panik, kawatir, stress, binggung, sedih dan emosi saat menerima pasien yang dicurigai terkonfirmasi covid-19.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat stress kerja perawat Puskesmas Tirtoyudo Kabupaten Malang di masa pandemi covid-19. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, dengan populasi seluruh perawat Puskesmas Tirtoyudo Kabupaten Malang. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 21 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan quisioner Expanded Nursing Stres Scale. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 01 – 15 Mei 2022. Berdasarkan penelitian didapatkan bahwa tingkat stres kerja perawat di Puskesmas Tirtoyudo Kabupaten Malang di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 sebagian besar perawat sebanyak 13 orang (61,9%) mengalami stres sedang . Sebagian kecil perawat memiliki tingkat stres berat sebanyak 5 orang (24%). Sebagian kecil perawat lainya mengalami stres ringan sebanyak 3 orang (14%). Berdasarkan penelitian ini, diharapkan perawat dapat menghindari segala hal yang menyebabkan stress dan mengelola emosi serta psikologinya dalam menjalankan asuhan keperawatan agar menjadi lebih baik dan pelayanan semaksimal mungkin. ABSTRACT Stress is a physical and psychological condition caused by adaptation to the environment. Work stress often occurs to workers or health workers such as nurses, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. At that time, many medical personnel at the Tirtoyudo Public Health Center, Malang Regency, especially nurses were infected with the covid 19 virus. Nurses said that when patients came to the public health center, they felt very anxious, afraid, worried, stressed, panicked, confused, sad and emotional when receiving patients suspected of being confirmed with covid-19. The purpose of this research was to describe the stress level of the nurses of Tirtoyudo Health Center at Malang Regency during the covid-19 pandemic. This research used a descriptive method, with a population of all nurses at the Tirtoyudo Public Health Center, Malang Regency. The sampling technique was carried out by the total side method with a sample of 21 respondents. Data was collected by giving an expanded nursing stress scale (ENSS) questionnaire. This research was conducted on 01 – 15 May 2022. On the research, it was found that the level of work stress of nurses at the Tirtoyudo Public Health Center, Malang Regency during the Covid-19 Pandemic, most of the nurses as many as 13 people (61.9%) experienced moderate stress. A small proportion of nurses had a severe stress level of 5 people (24%). A small proportion of other nurses experienced mild stress as much as 3 people (14%). Based on this research, it is hoped that nurses can avoid all things that cause stress and manage their emotions and psychology in carrying out nursing care so that they become better and provide maximum service.
