Abstract
Kala I persalinan dimulai sejak terjadinya kontraksi uterus hingga serviks membuka lengkap (10 cm). Metode Zilgrei merupakan metode yang dapat mendorong janin pada posisi yang ideal dan membuat tahap-tahap pembukaan menjadi lancar. Gerakan dan posisi Zilgrei seperti posisi miring kiri, berjongkok, merangkak, dan duduk.Posisi miring kiri pada metode Zilgrei dapat meredakan rasa sakit menjelang persalinan selain itu posisi merangkak dapat mendorong janin ke posisi yang ideal. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberian metode zilgrei terhadap percepatan lama kala I. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-Eksperiment. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah one-shot case study. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini berjumlah 16 responden yang diambil dengan metode Purposive sampling. Teknik analisa datanya menggunakan One�Sample Test. Berdasarkan hasil uji One-Sample Test Sebagian besar dari jumlah responden (81.3%) mengalami kala I fase aktif cepat (≤ 6 jam), Sebagian kecil (18.7%) responden mengalami kala I fase aktif lambat (≥6 jam). Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji One�Sample Test diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 p value 0,05. karena nilai p value (0,000) < (0,05), dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh pemberian metode zilgrei terhadap percepatan lama kala I fase akif pada ibu bersalin. Peneliti menyarankan kepada subyek peneliti yang mengalami lama persalinan kala I dapat melakukan metode zilgrei untuk percepatan lama kala I persalinan. ABSTRACT The first stage of labor begins from the onset of uterine contractions until the cervix is fully dilated (10 cm. The Zilgrei method is a method that can push the fetus into an ideal position and make the opening stages smooth. Zilgrei movements and positions such as left tilted position, squatting, crawling, and sitting. The left tilted position in the Zilgrei method can relieve pain before labor in addition to the crawling position can push the fetus into an ideal position. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of giving the zilgrei method to the acceleration of the length of the first stage. The research design used was Pre-Experimental. The approach used is a one-shot case study. The sample used in this study amounted to 16 respondents who were taken by purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique uses One-Sample Test. Based on the results of the One�Sample Test, most of the respondents (81.3%) experienced the first stage of the fast active phase (≤ 6 hours), a small percentage (18.7%) of the respondents experienced the first stage of the slow active phase (≥ 6 hours). Based on the results of the analysis of the One�Sample Test, a significant value of 0.000 p value of 0.05 was obtained. because the value of p value (0.000) < (0.05), it can be concluded that there is an effect of giving the zilgrei method to the acceleration of the duration of the active phase of the first stage in women giving birth.. Researchers suggest that research subjects who experience the first stage of labor can perform the Zilgrei method to accelerate the duration of the first stage of labor
