Abstract
Persalinan merupakan proses pengeluaran hasil konsepsi yang telah cukup bulan, proses persalinan terdapat 4 tahapan. Pada tahapan kala I dimulai sejak adanya his yang teratur dan meningkat, apabila his tidak teratur dan meningkat serta otot panggul ibu tegang dapat memperlambat kala I sehingga memperpanjang proses kala I. Salah satu alternative untuk merangsang his dan merilekskan otot panggul adalah teknik Rebozo. Teknik Rebozo merupakan gerakan menggoyangkankan perut dan pantat dengan bantuan selendang yang dilakukan secara pelan sehingga menimbulkan relaksasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Teknik Rebozo terhadap Kemajuan Kala I Fase Aktif Pada Ibu Inpartu. Desain penelitian ini adalah Pre Eksperimen dengan rancangan Static Group Comparison Design. Dengan sampel penelitian sejumlah 12 responden yang diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Kemudian ada 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Untuk uji analisis menggunakan Chi Square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan ρ = 0,021 < 0,05 (α = 5%) bahwa terdapat pengaruh teknik rebozo terhadap kemajuan kala I fase aktif pada ibu inpartu primigravida antara yang diberi perlakuan dan tidak diberi perlakuan. Sehingga kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah H1 diterima, artinya teknik Rebozo efektif terhadap kemajuan kala I fase aktif pada ibu inpartu primigravida. ABSTRACT Labor is the process of expelling the products of conception which is at term pregnancy, there are four stages of labor. The first stage starts when there is a regular�increased contractions; if the contractions do not regularly increased and the mother’s pelvic muscles are tense, it can retard the first stage then it extends the process of first stage. Therefore, one of the alternative ways to stimulate the contractions and soothe the pelvic muscles is rebozo. Rebozo is a movement to shake the stomach and buttocks with a scarf which is done slowly so that it causes relaxation. The purpose of this study is to know the effect of rebozo technique on the progress of the first stage of active phase towards inpartu mothers. Moreover, the research design was Pre Experiment which used Static Group Comparison Design. The purposive sampling method was used to take the sample of 12 respondents in which they were divided into two groups; experiment and control. This study used Chi Square to analyze the data. The result of the study found that ρ = 0,021 < 0,05 (α = 5%), it meant that there was an effect of rebozo technique on the process of the first stage of active phase towards primigravida inpartu mothers who were given the treatment and who were not given the treatment. Thus, it can be conclude that H1 in this study is accepted, it implies that rebozo technique is effective for the progress of first stage of active phase towards primigravida inpartu mothers.
