Abstract
Dampak pandemi COVID-19 berpengaruh pada kesehatan mental masyarakat. Gangguan kesehatan mental yang dialami masyarakat selama pandemi COVID-19 yaitu ketakutan dan kecemasan, rasa tertekan dan sulit berkonsentrasi, stress, gangguan psikomatis ,dan perubahan pola tidur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kesehatan mental masyarakat pada masa pandemic covid-19 di RT 01 RW 01 Desa Lumbangsari Kecamatan Bululawang Kabupaten Malang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian dekskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat usia 18-55 tahun di RT 01 RW 01 Desa Lumbangsari Kecamatan Bululawang Kabupaten Malang sebanyak 87 orang. Sampling menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13-17 April 2022. Variabel penelitian yaitu kesehatan mental masyarakat pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa status kesehatan mental masyarakat pada masa pandemic covid-19 sebagian besar dengan status Psychological Distress (44 responden atau 73%) dan hampir setengahnya (16 responden atau 27%) dengan status Psychological Well being. Hal ini dikarenakan kurang beradaptasinya masyarakat terhadap situasi pandemic covid-19. Melihat hasil penelitian ini maka perlu adanya peningkatan kepedulian terhadap kesehatan mental masyarakat di masa pandemic COVID-19 dengan cara selalu berfikir positif, tidak terlalu terbelenggu dalam kecemasan, dan melakukan aktivitas yang menyenangkan juga bermanfaat. ABSTRACTThe impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on people's mental health. Mental health disorders experienced by the public during the COVID-19 pandemic are fear and anxiety, feeling depressed and having difficulty concentrating, stress, psychomatic disorders, and changes in sleep patterns. The purpose of this study was to determine the mental health picture of the community during the COVID-19 pandemic in RT 01 RW 01 Lumbangsari Village, Bululawang District, Malang Regency. The design of this study used a descriptive research design. The population of this research is people aged 18-55 years in RT 01 RW 01 Lumbangsari Village, Bululawang District, Malang Regency as many as 87 people. Sampling using accidental sampling method. This research was conducted on April 13-17, 2022. The research variable is the mental health of the community during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The results showed that the mental health status of the community during the covid-19 pandemic was mostly with Psychological Distress status (44 respondents or 73%) and almost half (16 respondents or 27%) with Psychological Well being status. This is due to the lack of adaptation of the community to the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Seeing the results of this study, it is necessary to increase awareness of people's mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic by always thinking positively, not being too shackled in anxiety, and doing fun activities that are also beneficial.
