Abstract
Penyimpanan vaksin membutuhkan suatu perhatian khusus karena vaksin merupakan sediaan biologis yang sensitif terhadap perubahan temperatur lingkungan, selain itu penyimpanan vaksin pentingg karena menyangkut potensi atau daya antigenya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyimpanan vaksin di puskesmas kota Malang. Desain penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif yaitu dengan cara melakukan observasi atau pengamatan langsung dengan menggunakan lembar observasi. Jumlah puskesmas yang diteliti sebanyak 6 puskesmas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata dari beberapa aspek penyimpanan vaksin seperti penempatan lemari es pada 6 puskesmas di kota Malang termasuk kedalam kategori baik sekali sebesar 93,33%. Kemudian dari aspek penyimpanan vaksin di ILR (Ice Lining Refrigerator) juga termasuk kedalam kategori baik sekali sebesar 83,33%. Namun dari aspek penyimpanan vaksin di freezer masih termasuk kedalam kategori cukup sebesar 58,33%. Dari data tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyimpanan vaksin di puskesmas kota Malang masih belum sesuai dengan peraturan Kemenkes RI tahun 2021 dan masih perlu diperbaiki ABSTRACT Vaccine storage requires special attention because vaccines are biological preparations that are sensitive to changes in environmental temperature, besides that vaccine storage is important because it involves the potential or power of the antigen. The purpose of this study was to determine the storage of vaccines at the Malang City Health Center. This research design is an observational study. The research method was carried out using descriptive analysis, namely by making observations or direct observations using observation sheets. The number of health centers studied were 6 health centers. The results showed that the average of several aspects of vaccine storage such as the placement of refrigerators at 6 health centers in the city of Malang was included in the good category of 93.33%. Then from the aspect of storing vaccines in the ILR (Ice Lining Refrigerator) it is also included in the good category at 83.33%. However, from the aspect of storing vaccines in the freezer, it is still included in the sufficient category at 58.33%. From this data, it can be concluded that vaccine storage at the Malang City Health Center is still not in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2021 and still needs to be improved
