Abstract
Diabetes Melitus di Indonesia menempati urutan keempat dengan jumlah penderita terbesar di dunia setelah India, Cina, Amerika Serikat. Prevalensi diabetes melitus 8,4% dari total penduduk, pada tahun 2025 diperkirakan meningkat menjadi 12,4 juta penderita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepatuhan minum OAD terhadap penurunan kadar glukosa darah pada pasien DMT2 di Klinik Jaya Kusuma. Analisis dekskriptif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi binary, dimana variabel dependennya adalah kadar glukosa darah dan variabel independennya adalah kepatuhan. Sampling dilakukan dengan cara Accidental Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh kepatuhan minum OAD terhadap penurunan kadar glukosa darah pada pasien DMT2 di Klinik Jaya Kusuma, kepatuhan pasien DMT2 terbanyak dengan kategori patuh berjumlah 14 pasien (46,7%) di Klinik Jaya Kusuma dan pasien DMT2 dengan kategori nilai kadar glukosa darah terbanyak tidak turun berjumlah 16 pasien (55,3%). Hasil hipotesis ini adalah tidak ada pengaruh kepatuhan minum OAD terhadap penurunan kadar glukosa darah, H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak. ABSTRACT Diabetes Mellitus in Indonesia ranks fourth with the largest number of sufferers in the world after India, China and the United States. The prevalence of diabetes mellitus is 8.4% of the total population, in 2025 it is estimated to increase to 12.4 million sufferers. This study aims to determine the effect of adherence to taking OAD on decreasing blood glucose levels in DMT2 patients at the Jaya Kusuma Clinic. The descriptive analysis used in this study is binary regression analysis, where the dependent variable is blood glucose levels and the independent variable is compliance. Sampling is done by accidental sampling. The results of this study indicate that there is no effect of adherence to taking OAD on decreasing blood glucose levels in DMT2 patients at the Jaya Kusuma Clinic, the highest compliance of DMT2 patients with the obedient category is 14 patients (46.7%) at the Jaya Kusuma Clinic and DMT2 patients with the value category. The highest blood glucose levels did not decrease, amounting to 16 patients (55.3%). The result of this hypothesis is that there is no effect of OAD drinking adherence to the decrease in blood glucose levels, H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected
