Abstract

Interaksi obat merupakan efek dari suatu obat yang disebabkan jika terdapat dua obat atau lebih yang saling berinteraksi dan mempengaruhi respon tubuh terhadap pengobatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif menggunakan metode observasional non-eksperimental dengan pendekatan cross-sectional menggunakan pengamatan retrospektif dengan mengambil data pada bulan Maret – Agustus 2021. Pengambilan data pasien diperoleh dari data rekam medis pasien dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi sebanyak 55 pasien yang diambil sebagai sampel. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi medscape dan drugs.com. Sebanyak 55 resep berpotensi mengalami interaksi obat dimana tingkat signifikansi interaksi obat paling banyak yaitu level moderate (74,20%) dan interaksi obat paling banyak yaitu interaksi antara dexamethasone dengan levofloxacin yang tergolong interaksi mayor (11,50%). Jenis obat covid-19 yang paling sering digunakan yaitu dexamethasone (16,16%) dan obat DM tipe 2 paling sering digunakan metformin (31,74%). ABSTRACT Drug interaction is the effect of a drug caused when there are two or more drugs that interact and affect the body's response to treatment. This study is a descriptive study using a non-experimental observational method with a cross-sectional approach using retrospective observation by taking data from March to August 2021. Patient data collection was obtained from patient medical record data with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling with 55 inclusion criteria. patients were taken as samples. Data analysis using medscape and drugs.com applications. A total of 55 prescriptions have the potential to experience drug interactions, where the most significant level of drug interaction is the moderate level (74.20%) and the most drug interaction is the interaction between dexamethasone and levofloxacin which is classified as a major interaction (11.50%).
