Abstract
Kader adalah masyarakat yang ditunjuk bekerja sukarela dalam melaksanakan pelayanan kesehatan posyandu. Pembatasan aktivitas posyandu masa pandemi berdampak pada partisipasi ibu hamil dan balita untuk datang ke posyandu menurun karena pembatasan bersosial. Hal tersebut mempengaruhi peran kader kurang optimal. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peran kader posyandu dalam pelayanan kesehatan Ibu hamil dan balita pada masa pandemi di Kelurahan Blitar Kecamatan Sukorejo Kota Blitar. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi 23 orang kader posyandu dan sampel 23 orang kader dengan menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Pengolahan data dan analisis data menggunakan coding, editing, scoring, dan tabulating. Tempat penelitian di Posyandu Kelurahan Blitar Kecamatan Sukorejo Kota Blitar pada 26 Maret 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hampir seluruhnya peran kader kategori baik dengan jumlah responden 22 orang dengan skor 40-64 (96%) dan sebagian kecil kategori kurang dengan jumlah responden 1 orang dengan skor 16-39 (4%). Faktor yang mendasari munculnya peran adalah pengetahuan, sikap, dan karakteristik individu. Karakteristik individu diantaranya usia, jenis kelamin, dan latar belakang pendidikan. Kader posyandu di Kelurahan Blitar berperan baik dalam pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil dan balita pada masa pandemi. Hal ini memberikan dampak yang baik bagi peningkatan kesehatan ibu hamil dan balita. ABSTRACT Cadres are people who are appointed to work voluntarily in implementing posyandu health services. Restrictions on posyandu activities during the pandemic have had an impact on the participation of pregnant women and toddlers to come to the posyandu due to social restrictions. This affects the role of cadres is less than optimal. The purpose of the study was to determine the role of posyandu cadres in health services for pregnant women and toddlers during the pandemic in Blitar Village, Sukorejo District, Blitar City. The research design used a quantitative descriptive method. The population is 23 posyandu cadres and a sample of 23 cadres using total sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data processing and data analysis using coding, editing, scoring, and tabulating. The research site is in the Posyandu, Blitar Village, Sukorejo District, Blitar City on March 26, 2022. The results showed that almost all of the roles of cadres were in the good category with a total of 22 respondents with a score of 40-64 (96%) and a small portion of the less category with a total of 1 respondent with a score of 16-39 (4%). The factors that underlie the emergence of roles are knowledge, attitudes, and individual characteristics. Individual characteristics include age, gender, and educational background. Posyandu cadres in Blitar Village have a good role in health services for pregnant women and toddlers during the pandemic. This has a good impact on improving the health of pregnant women and toddlers.
