Abstract
Anemia dalam kehamilan adalah suatu keadaan dimana kadar hemoglobin (Hb) dalam darah kurang dari 10 gr/dl. Pola makan yang kurang baik menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya anemia pada masa kehamilan karena kurangnya konsumsi makanan yang mengandung zat besi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pola makan pada ibu hamil yang mengalami anemia di klinik Yonkes 2/2 Kostrad Malang. Desain penelitan adalah deskriptif retrospektif. Populasi sebanyak 35 orang. Sampel sebanyak 24 orang. Teknik sampling menggunakan Purposive sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12-15 Mei 2022. Tempat penelitian dikomplek perumahan dinasYonkes 2/2 Kostrad Malang secara door to door. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar cheklis. Analisa data menggunakan univariat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebagian besar responden pola makan cukup sebanyak 13 orang (54%), hampir setengah responden pola makan kurang sebanyak 9 orang (38%) dan sebagian kecil responden pola makan baik sebanyak 2 orang (8%). Hasil penelitian sebagian besar pola makan cukup dikarenakan ibu hamil mengalami mual muntah pada trimester 1 dan bahkan berlanjut sampai dengan trimester 2 sehingga menurunkan nafsu makan dan kebutuhan nutrisi kehamilan tidak terpenuhi yang menyebabkan terjadinya anemia kehamilan. Diharapkan ibu mengikuti penyuluhan di kegiatan posyandu dan senam ibu hamil rutin yang diadakan di lingkungan Yonkes 2/2 Kostrad Malang untuk menambah informasi dan pengetahuan seputar kehamilan. . ABSTRACT Anemia in pregnancy is a condition in which the level of hemoglobin (Hb) in the blood is less than 10 g/dl. Poor diet is one of the causes of anemia during pregnancy due to lack of consumption of foods containing iron. This study aims to describe the diet of pregnant women with anemia at the Yonkes 2/2 Kostrad Malang clinic. The research design is descriptive retrospective. The population is 35 people. The sample is 24 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The research was carried out on 12-15 May 2022. The research site is in the housing complex of the Yonkes 2/2 Kostrad Malang door to door. Data collection using a check sheet. Data analysis using univariate. The results showed that most of the respondents had a sufficient diet as many as 13 people (54%), almost half of the respondents with a poor diet were 9 people (38%) and a small part of the respondents had a good diet as many as 2 people (8%). The results of the study were that most of the diet was adequate because pregnant women experienced nausea and vomiting in the 1st trimester and even continued until the 2nd trimester, thereby reducing appetite and the nutritional needs of pregnancy were not met, which led to anemia in pregnancy. It is expected that mothers will follow counseling in posyandu activities and routine pregnancy exercises held in the Yonkes 2/2 Kostrad Malang to increase information and knowledge about pregnancy. .
