Abstract
Peresepan vitamin D tertinggi adalah selama bulan Juli sebanyak 33,65% dan selama pandemi vitamin D banyak dikombinasikan dengan Vitamin B,C,E dan Zinc (36,61%) ABSTRACT Vitamin D was previously known only in the regulation of metabolism of calcium and phosphorus absorption for bone health. However, the effects of vitamin D are not limited to mineral homeostasis and maintenance of bone health. As the covid-19 pandemic spreads around the world, Vitamin D has been discussed a lot and has become a concern for many societ. This is because of the known important supporting role of vitamin D in immune cell function, especially in modulating the inflammatory response to viral infections. The purpose of this study was to describe the use of vitamin D during a pandemic. This study is a descriptive study with a retrospective approach. data obtained from patient prescriptions using vitamin D in the period May-August 2021. The results showed that from 211 samples/patients who received the most prescriptions with vitamin D were patients aged 26-35 years. (28.44%) with the most prescriptions for branded drugs (79.62%). The most prescribed dose of vitamin D was 5000 IU per day (66.35%) for 1-10 days (41.71%) once a day (95.26%) with the most dosage form being tablets (37, 44%). The highest use of vitamin D was during July as much as 33.65% and during the pandemic vitamin D was widely combined with Vitamins B, C, E and Zinc (36.61%)
