Abstract

ABSTRAK Kognitif merupakan aspek yang perlu dikembangkan pada anak usia dini. Namun, fenomena yang masih banyak ditemukan perkembangan kognitif anak tidak sesuai dengan perkembangan pada umum nya, disebabkan karna kurang bervariasi dan terbatas media permainan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh bermain puzzle terhadap perkembangan kognitif anak usia prasekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Pre Eksperimen dengan One group Pre-post test yang dilakukan selama satu minggu pada tanggal 22-27 Januari 2018 . Populasinya adalah seluruh anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Muslimat NU 26 Malang. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah 25 responden. Pengolahan data dan analisa data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada perubahan kognitif, sebelum diberi perlakuan dengan perkembangan kognitif terbanyak yaitu 15 cukup (60%) menjadi 18 (72%) dengan perkembangan kognitif baik. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan ada pengaruh bermain puzzle dengan perkembangan kognitif dengan hasil uji statistic wilcoxson nilai p .000 . Melihat hasil penelitian ini diharapkan perlu adanya stimulasi untuk merangsang perkembangan kognitif anak, salah satunya dengan menggunakan permainan puzzle. But, phenomenon that there are still many found his studies of cognitive development the child does not in accordance with the developments on a common his, caused for being an less varies and limited media game. The purpose of this research is to find the influence of it comes to jigsaw puzzles to the development of cognitive of preschool age children. This research using methods pre his experiments with one group pre-post test during a week on the 22-27 Januari 2018. Population was all children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten Muslimat NU 26 unfortunate. Sampling methods used is purposive sampling of 25 respondents. Data processing and analysis of data using wilcoxon test . The results of the study showed that there was some cognitive changes , before given treatment by his studies of cognitive development with the highest proportion at 15 (60%) quite a good 18 (72%) with his studies of cognitive development .The result of this research was obtained there an effect it comes to jigsaw puzzles with his studies of cognitive development with the results of the value of p .000 wilcoxson statistic test. See the result of this research it can be concluded that there should have been stimulation to stimulate children of cognitive development , one of them is by using this puzzle game Key word: puzzle , cognitive development , children
