Abstract
Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut (ISPA) merupakan penyakit yang sering menyerang pada anak. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi penyakit ISPA adalah perilaku anak yang tidak sehat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi perilaku pada anak usia prasekolah yang mengalami ISPA berulang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Metode samplingnya adalah consecutive sampling, didapatkan sampel 31 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2018 di Puskesmas Karangploso. Variabel yang diteliti adalah perilaku anak usia prasekolah yang mengalami ISPA berulang. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa anak berperilaku baik sebanyak 7 responden (22,6%) dan berperilaku buruk sebanyak 24 responden (77,4%). Adapun yang menyebabkan anak berperilaku buruk terhadap pencegahan ISPA adalah ibu yang tidak mengajarkankan anak untuk berperilaku sehat. Faktor yang mempengaruhi ibu dalam membiasakan anaknya yakni, usia ibu yang masih muda dan pengetahuan yang kurang ditunjang dari tingkat pendidikan yang rendah, status pekerjaan yang tidak bekerja, ibu yang tidak pernah mendapat penyuluhan mengenai ISPA, serta jarak rumah dengan puskesmas yang jauh. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kejadian ISPA berulang disebabkan oleh perilaku buruk anak dalam pencegahan ISPA berulang. Disarakan untuk melibatkan peran ibu dalam pencegahan ISPA berulang dengan cara meningkatkan pengetahuan dan menganjurkan ibu untuk membiasakan perilaku sehat. ABSTRACT Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) was a disease that often attacks children. One of the factors that influence ARI was the behavior of unhealthy children. The purpose of this study was to identify behaviors in preschool children who experienced recurrent ARI. This research was a descriptive research. Sampling method was consecutive sampling, obtained sample 31 respondents. This research was conducted in January 2018 at Puskesmas Karangploso. The variables studied were the behavior of preschool children who experienced recurrent ARI. This research data was taken using a questionnaire. The results showed that children behave well as many as 7 respondents (22.6%) and bad behavior as many as 24 respondents (77.4%). As for what causes children to behave badly towards prevention of ARI was mothers who do not teach children to behave healthily. Factors that affect the mother in getting her child that was, the age of young mothers and knowledge that was less supported from the low level of education, employment status was not working, mothers who never got counseling about ARI, and distance home with puskesmas far. From the results of the study can be concluded that the incidence of recurrent ARI caused by bad behavior of children in the prevention of recurrent ARI. It was proposed to involve the role of mothers in the prevention of recurrent ARI by increasing knowledge and encouraging mothers to familiarize healthy behaviors.
