Abstract
Pada masa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas serta bayi baru lahir merupakan kondisi yang akan dialami oleh setiap wanita usia subur yang sudah menikah. Kondisi tersebut merupakan suatu keadaan yang fisiologis ibu hamil alami selama masa berKB secara komprehensif dapat mencegah kemungkinan munculnya komplikasi pada ibu. Pada penelitian ini, asuhan kebidanan dilakukan pada Ny ”M” Dengan Kehamilan Normal Sampai Dengan KB di Puskesmas Pamotan Kabupaten Malang Asuhan yang digunakan pada Ny.”M” secara komprehensif menggunakan pendokumentasian manajemen varney. Kunjungan kehamilan trimester III dilakukan 2 kali dengan keluhan nyeri punggung, nyeri punggung merupakan keluhan fisiologis pada ibu hamil namun untuk mengurangi nyeri punggung yaitu dilakukan inovasi dengan pemberian aromaterapi lemon. Kandungan lemon yaitu limeone 66-80 geranil, asetat, netrol, terpine 6-14 % ɑ pinene 1-4 % dan mrcyne. Limeone adalah komponen utama dalam senyawa kimia jeruk yang dapat menghambat sistem kerja prostaglandin sehingga dapat mengurangi nyeri. Pada saat persalinan ibu mengalami masalah yaitu kala I lama dan ketuban pecah dini, kemudian pasien dilakukan rujukan ke RSBM untuk penangnan lebih lanjut. Pemeriksaan Bayi Baru lahir dalam batas normal. Kunjungan nifas 3 hari post Partum pasien mengeluh nyeri luka pada jahitan Sectio Caesaria, pemberian inovasi dengan botok ikan kutuk dimana kandungan yang terdapat dalam ikan kutuk yaitu protein atau albumin yang cukup tinggi dan juga albumin merupakan protein terbanyak dalam plasma, sekitar 60% dari total plasma protein dengan nilai normal 3,3- 5,5 g/dl albumin. Kunjungan KB ibu memilih KB suntik 3 bulan. Dari pengkajian yang diperoleh maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada pengkajian terhadap Ny “ M “ sejak masa kehamilan sampai dengan KB tidak terdapat masalah, karena Ny “M“ kooperatif terhadap penulis sehingga proses pengkajian dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Pengkajian data subjektif maupun objektif yang telah dilaksanakan tidak ada kesenjangan antara teori dengan hasil data subjektif dan objektif. At the time of delivery, the mother experienced problems, namely the long first stage and premature rupture of the membranes, then the patient was referred to the RSBM for further treatment. Postpartum visit 3 days post-partum the patient complained of wound pain at the Sectio Caesaria suture, providing innovation with the cursed fish botok where the content contained in the cursed fish is protein or albumin which is quite high and albumin is the most protein in plasma, about 60% of the total plasma protein with From the study obtained, it can be concluded that in the assessment of Mrs. "M" from the period of pregnancy to the period of using family planning there were no problems, because Mrs. "M" was cooperative with the author so that the assessment process could run smoothly. The assessment of subjective and objective data that has been carried out has no gap between the theory and the results of subjective and objective data.
