Abstract
Obstipation is defined as the absence of fecal expenditure for 3 days or more. To prevent the baby from experiencing obstipation disorders, parents should consider the timing of delivery, shape, frequency, type, amount of food, and how to make according to age 6-24 months. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of giving of breast milk in infants aged 6-24 months with the incidence of obstipation in Posyandu Melati Kepuh Village Kertosono District Nganjuk Year 2017. This research is an analytical research that is cross sectional. Sample of 37 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. To know the existence of the relationship used statistical test Chi-Square. Chi-Square statistical test results with α = 0.05 obtained Exact Sig. (2-sided) (p) is 0.005 thus p <0.05 which means H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the provision of MP-ASI in infants aged 6-24 months with the incidence of obstipation in Posyandu Melati Village Kepuh Kertosono District Nganjuk Year 2017. Based on the above description can be concluded that the incidence of obstipation associated with complementary feeding of breast milk in infants aged 6-24 months. It is recommended that the mother of 6-24 months old baby is expected to be more active in health promotion activity through Posyandu activity and do not hesitate to visit the health worker (midwife), so that mothers better understand about the giving of breast milk to the baby deng precisely dab balanced, thus reducing the risk of baby experience Obstipation. ABSTRAK Obstipasi didefinisikan sebagai tidak adanya pengeluaran feses selama 3 hari atau lebih. Untuk mencegah bayi mengalami gangguan obstipasi, orang tua harus mempertimbangkan waktu pemberian, bentuk, frekuensi, jenis, jumlah makanan, dan cara membuatnya sesuai dengan usia 6-24 bulan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberian ASI pada bayi usia 6-24 bulan dengan kejadian obstipasi di Posyandu Melati Kepuh Desa Kertosono Kecamatan Nganjuk Tahun 2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik yang bersifat cross sectional. Sampel sebanyak 37 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Untuk mengetahui keberadaan hubungan digunakan uji statistik Chi-Square. Hasil uji statistik Chi-Square dengan α = 0,05 diperoleh Exact Sig. (2-sided) (p) adalah 0,005 sehingga p <0,05 yang berarti H0 ditolak. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pemberian MP-ASI pada bayi usia 6-24 bulan dengan kejadian obstipasi di Kelurahan Posyandu Melati Kepuh Kecamatan Kertosono Kabupaten Nganjuk Tahun 2017. Berdasarkan uraian di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa kejadian obstipasi terkait dengan pemberian ASI komplementer pada bayi berusia 6-24 bulan. Disarankan agar ibu bayi berusia 6-24 bulan diharapkan lebih aktif dalam kegiatan promosi kesehatan melalui kegiatan Posyandu dan tidak segan-segan mengunjungi tenaga kesehatan (bidan), sehingga ibu lebih memahami tentang pemberian ASI untuk bayi dengan tepat dengan gizi seimbang, sehingga mengurangi risiko bayi mengalami Obstipasi.
