Abstract
ASI yang tidak lancar merupakan masalah yang sering dialami oleh ibu yang menyusui. Ibu sering mengeluh puting lecet, ASI tidak banyak keluar dan bayi sering menangis. Sehingga ibu jarang memberikan ASI kepada bayinya. Penyebab tidak lancarnya ASI ibu salah satunya adalah penurunan produksi ASI pada hari pertama setelah melahirkan akibat kurangnya rangsangan hormon oksitosin dan prolaktin yang sangat berperan dalam kelancaran produksi ASI. Untuk melancarkan ASI ibu diperlukan upaya nonfarmakologis berupa woolwich massage dan rolling massage yang merupakan pemicu rangsangan hormon oksitosin dan prolactin. Tujuan peneliti adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kombinasi woolwich massage dan rolling massage terhadap kelancaran pengeluaran ASI pada ibu post partum di PMB Sri Wahyningsih Kecamatan Pagelaran Kabupaten Malang dengan jumlah 24 ibu. Sampelnya berjumlah 20 ibu dengan Teknik simple random sampling. Variable Independent yaitu woolwich massage dan rolling massage dan variable dependent yaitu kelancaran pengeluaran ASI pada ibu post partum. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik pengolahan data penggunakan Editing, Coding, Scoring, Tabulating serta uji Statistik Wilcoxon signed rank test. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan dari 20 responden. Sebelum dilakukan woolwich massage dan rolling massage sebagian besar responden pengeluaran ASI nya lancar sejumlah 0(0%), cukup lancar 6(30%), dan kurang lancar 14(70%). Sesudah dilakukan woolwich massage dan rolling massage sebagian besar responden dengan pengeluaran ASI lancar sejumlah 20 ibu (100%). Uji statistik Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa nilai p= 0.000 < a (0,05) sehingga H1 diterima. Kseimpulannya adalah ada pengaruh woolwich massage dan rolling massage terhadap kelancaran pengeluaran ASI di PMB Sri Wahyuningsih Kecamatan Pagelaran Kabupaten Malang. Abstract ASI is a problem that is often experienced by nursing mothers. Mothers often complain of sore nipples, ASI does not come out much and babies often cry. So that mothers rarely give milk to their babies. One of the causes of non-smoothness of mother's ASI is one of them is the decrease in milk production on the first day after giving birth due to lack of stimulation of the hormone oxytocin and prolactin which is very instrumental in the smooth production of ASI. To expedite ASI, nonpharmacological efforts in the form of woolwich massage and rolling massage are triggers for the stimulation of the hormone oxytocin and prolactin. The aim of the researcher was to analyze the effect of a combination of woolwich massage and rolling massage on the smooth flow of ASI in post partum mothers at PMB Sri Wahyningsih, Pagelaran District, Malang Regency with a total of 24 mothers. The sample was 20 mothers with simple random sampling technique. Independent variables are woolwich massage and rolling massage and the dependent variable is the smooth flow of ASI to post partum mothers. Data collection uses observation sheets and questionnaires. Data processing techniques using Editing, Coding, Scoring, Tabulating and Wilcoxon Statistical Test signed rank test. The results of this study were obtained from 20 respondents. Before doing woolwich massage and rolling massage, most of the respondents for their ASI expenditure were smooth (0%), quite well 6(30%) and 14 (70%). After woolwich massage and rolling massage, most respondents with smooth ASI expenditure were 20 mothers (100%). Wilcoxon statistical test shows that the value of p = 0.000 <a (0.05) so that H1 is accepted. The conclusion is that there is an effect of woolwich massage and rolling massage on the smoothness of ASI expenditure at PMB Sri Wahyuningsih, Pagelaran District, Malang Regency
