Abstract

Kala I persalinan dimulai sejak terjadinya kontraksi uterus hingga servik membuka lengkap (10 cm). Kala I persalinan sering ditemukan hambatan misalnya kontraksi tidak adekuat. Untuk mengatasi dapat dilakukan dengan terapi non farmakologis, dapat diberikan jus nanas madu untuk memperbaiki his ibu bersalin. Didalam nanas terdapat kandungan enzim bromealin yang dapat menstimulasi pengerluaran prostaglandin. Prostaglandin bisa menyebabkan terjadinya kontraksi uterus sehingga semakin baik uterus berkontraksi maka semakin baik persalinan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jus nanas muda (ananas comosus) terhadap percepatan lama kala I. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-Eksperiment. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah non-equevalen posttest only control group design. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini berjumlah 16 responden yang diambil dengan metode Purposive sampling. Teknik analisa datanya menggunakan Wilcoxon. Berdasarkan hasil uji wilcoxon setengah dari jumlah responden (50%) mengalami kala I fase aktif cepat (≤ 6 jam), setengahnya (50%) responden mengalami kala I fase aktif lambat (≥6 jam). Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji wilcoxon diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 p value 0,05. karena nilai p value (0,000) < (0,05), dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh pemberian jus nanas madu (ananas comosus) terhadap percepatan lama kala I fase akif pada ibu bersalin. Peneliti menyarankan kepada subyek peneliti yang mengalami lama persalinan kala I dapat melakukan terapi konsumsi jus nanas madu untuk percepatan lama kala I persalinan ABSTRACT The first stage of labor begins from the occurrence of uterine contractions until the cervix is fully opened (10 cm). This prostaglandin can cause uterine contractions so that the better the uterus to contract, the better the labor process.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of administration of young pineapple juice (ananas comosus) to the acceleration of the old time I. The design of this study used was Pre Experiment ie the approach used was non-equevalent posttest only control group design. The sample used in this study amounted to 16 respondents taken by purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique uses Wilcoxon. Data was collected using observations and questionnaires, Based on the Wilcoxon test results half of the number of respondents (50%) experienced the first active phase of fast or ≤ 6 hours and half (50%) of respondents experienced the first phase of active slow ie more than 6 hours. Based on the analysis of the Wilcoxon test with a significant value of 0.000 p value of 0.05. because the value of p value (0,000) <(0.05), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of the administration of honey pineapple juice (ananas comosus) to the acceleration of the first time the active phase of primigravida. Researchers suggest to the research subjects who experienced the duration of the first stage of labor to be able to do the consumption of honey pineapple juice therapy to accelerate the length of the first time of labor
