Abstract
Gagal ginjal merupakan kerusakan ginjal yang menyebabkan ginjal tidak tadapat membuang racun dan produksi sari darah, yang ditandai adanya protein dalam urin serta penurunan laju filtrasi glomerulus yang berlangsung lebih dari 3 bulan. Pada pasien gagal ginjal terdapat penurunan kualitas hidup yang meliputi kesejah teraan fisik, mental, social. Menurut WHO kualitas hidup adalah persepsi individu dalam kemampuan, keterbatasan, gejala serta sifat psikososial hidupnya dalam konteks budaya dan system nilai untuk menjalankan peran dan fungsinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas hidup pasien gagal ginjal. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan jurnal. Hasil jurnal tentang kualitas hidup pasien gagal ginjal diperoleh hasil jurnal 1 yaitu kualitas hidup pasien yang baik sebanyak 16 orang dan buruk sebanya 25 orang dan hasil jurnal 2 yaitu jika dilihat dari lamanya HD kualitas hidup pasien gagal ginjal masih masuk kategori baik sebanyak 92 orang. hasil jurnal tentang kualitas hidup pasien gagal ginjal diperoleh hasil jurnal 1 yaitu kualitas hidup pasien yang baik sebanyak 16 orang dan buruk sebanya 25 orang dan hasil jurnal 2 yaitu jika dilihat dari lamanya HD kualitas hidup pasien gagal ginjal masih masuk kategori baik sebanyak 92 orang. Berdasarkan hasil jurnal tentang kualitas hidup pasien gagal ginjal diperoleh hasil jurnal 1 yaitu kualitas hidup pasien yang baik sebanyak 30 orang namun masih diperlukan dukungan pada domain fisik dan psikologi dan hasil jurnal 2 yaitu jika dilihat dari lamanya HD kualitas hidup pasien gagal ginjal masih masuk kategori baik sebanyak 92 orang. ABSTRACT Kidney failure is kidney damage that causes the kidneys to be unable to get rid of toxins and the production of blood essence, which is characterized by protein in the urine and decreased glomerular filtration rate that lasts more than 3 months. In kidney failure patients there is a decrease in quality of life which includes physical, mental, and social well-being. According to WHO quality of life is an individual's perception of the abilities, limitations, symptoms and psychosocial nature of his life in the cultural context and value system to carry out their roles and functions. This study aims to determine the quality of life of kidney failure patients. This research design uses descriptive research design using a journal. The results of the journal about the quality of life of patients with kidney failure obtained the results of journal 1, namely the good quality of life of patients as many as 16 people and 25 bad people and the results of journal 2, namely when viewed from the length of HD, the quality of life of patients with kidney failure was still in the good category as many as 92 people. The results of the journal about the quality of life of patients with kidney failure obtained the results of journal 1, namely the good quality of life of 16 patients and 25 bad patients, and the results of journal 2, which is when viewed from the length of HD, the quality of life of patients with kidney failure is still in the good category of 92 people. Based on the results of journals on the quality of life of kidney failure patients obtained journal results 1 which is a good quality of life of 30 patients but still needed support in the physical and psychological domains and the results of journal 2 that is when viewed from the length of HD the quality of life of kidney failure patients is still in the good category as many as 92 people.
