Abstract

Seiring bertambahnya usia, lansia mengalami beberapa perubahan fisiologis, salah satunya yaitu meningkatnya resistensi pembuluh darah perifer sehingga berisiko mengalami hipertensi. Salah satu komponen penting penatalaksanaan hipertensi untuk mengendalikan tekanan darah dalam rentang normal adalah dengan diet hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan diet pada lansia dengan hipertensi di Posyandu Lansia Kenongo Kecamatan Pakis, Kabupaten Malang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan diet pada lansia dengan hipertensi. Populasinya adalah lansia yang menderita hipertensi Posyandu Lansia Kenongo Kecamatan Pakis, Kabupaten Malang. Sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 18 orang. Alat ukurnya menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan analisis univariat. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 05 Mei 2020. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan hampir seluruhnya yaitu 14 lansia (78%) dengan kategori pelaksanaan diet cukup, sebagian kecil yaitu 2 lansia (11%) dengan kategori pelaksanaan diet baik, dan 2 lansia (11%) dalam kategori pelaksanaan diet kurang. Melihat hasil penelitian ini, maka diharapkan lansia dengan kategori pelaksanaan diet kurang untuk memperbaiki tingkat pelaksanaan dietnya, lansia dengan pelaksanaan diet cukup dan baik lebih meningkatkan dan mempertahankan tingkat pelaksanaan dietnya. ABSTRACT As we get older, the elderly experience several physiological changes, one of which is the increased resistance of peripheral blood vessels so that the risk of hypertension. One important component of hypertension management to control blood pressure in the normal range is the hypertension diet. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the implementation of the diet in the elderly with hypertension in the Posyandu Elderly Kenongo District of Pakis, Malang Regency. The research design used is descriptive. The goal is to find out the description of the implementation of the diet in the elderly with hypertension. The population is the elderly who suffer from hypertension Posyandu Elderly Kenongo, Pakis District, Malang Regency. The sampling used was accidental sampling with a sample of 18 people. The measurement tool uses a questionnaire. Data analysis uses univariate analysis. The study was conducted on May 5, 2020. From the results of the study showed that almost all of them were 14 elderly (78%) with adequate dietary categories, a small portion namely 2 elderly (11%) with good diet implementation categories, and 2 elderly (11%) in the category of implementing less diets. Seeing the results of this study, it is expected that the elderly with the implementation of the diet category is less to improve the level of implementation of their diets, the elderly with adequate and good diet are more likely to improve and maintain the level of their diet.
