Abstract
ABSTRAK Tuberkulosis (TBC) merupakan penyakit infeksi pernafasan yang menular melalui udara dalam bentuk droplet nuclei (percikan dahak). Penularan penyakit tuberkulosis salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh perilaku penderita yang tidak mendukung upaya pencegahan penularan. kurangnya kesadaran berperilaku pencegahan penyakit tuberkulosis dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya kurangnya pengetahuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara Pengetahuan dengan Perilaku Pencegahan Penularan tuberkulosis Terhadap keluarga di Puskesmas Sitiarjo Kabupaten malang Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Korelasional dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasinya adalah pasien yang berobat di Puskesmas Sitiarjo yang menderita tuberkulosis. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling yaitu sejumlah 30 orang responden yang sedang menjalankan pengobatan di Puskesmas Sitiarjo. Variabel yang diteliti adalah pengetahuan dan perilaku pencegahan penularan. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Lambda dengan (p value < 0,05) hasil analisa bivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan anatara pengetahuan dengan perilaku pencegahan penularan pasien tuberkulosis terhadap keluarga p=0,000 dengan kekuatan korelasi kuat sebesar 0,643. Responden yang memiliki pengetahuan baik cenderung berperilaku positif Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan sangat mempengaruhi perilaku seseorang. Baik/buruknya pengetahuan berdasarkan sumber informasi yang di terima semakin banyak informasi yang di terima maka akan semakin baik pengetahuannya dan akan mendorong berperilaku positif. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between knowledge with prevention behavior of tuberculosis family transmission at Puskesmas Sitiarjo Kabupaten Malang The design of this research using correlational research design with Cross Sectional approach. The population is patients who seek treatment at Puskesmas Sitiarjo who suffer from Tuberculosis. Sampling method used is total sampling that is a number of 30 respondents who are leaving treatment at Puskesmas Sitiarjo. The variables studied were knowledge and behavior of prevention of transmission. The statistical test used was Lambda with (p value <0,05) bivariate analysis result showed the relationship between knowledge and behavior prevention of tuberculosis patient transmission to family p = 0.000 with strong correlation strength 0,643. Respondents who have good knowledge tend to behave positively From the results of research can be concluded that knowledge greatly affected the behavior of someone. Good / bad knowledge based on the source of information received more and more information received will be the better knowledge and will encourage positive behavior.
