Abstract

ABSTRAK Bising usus adalah kontraksi tonik bersifat kontinu, berlangsung bermenit – menit, atau berjam – jam, kadang – kadang meningkat atau menurun intensitasnya tetap kontinu. Anestetika umum menimbulkan pelemasan, relaksasi otot polos mengakibatkan seluruh organ yang dikendalikan oleh otot polos mengalami penurunan. Sehingga diperlukan suatu tindakan untuk mengembalikan bising usus dengan meningkatkan suhu tubuh dengan pemberian minyak kayu putih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Pra experimen dengan populasi seluruh pasien post operasi yang menggunakan lumbal anestesi. Tenik samping adalah Porposive Sampling sebagian responden yang sesuai dengan kreteria yang diinginkan peneliti. Responden terbagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dengan menggunakan instrument lembar observasi dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian minyak kayu putih pada pasien post operasi menggunakan lumbal anestesi didapatkan sebagaian besar 83,33% responden munculnya bising usus pada menit ke 10. Sedangkan pada pasien yang tidak dioleskan minyak kayu putih sedikit sekali yaitu 16,67% bising usus muncul pada menit ke 10. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pemberian minyak kayu putih terhadap mampu menstimulasi bising usus karena panas yang ditimbulkan mampu menaikkan metabolisme tubuh . Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara pemberian minyak kayu putih terhadap stimulasi dini bising usus pada pasien post operasi menggunakan lumbal anestesi yaitu responden yang diberikan minyak kayu putih munculnya bising usus lebih awal dari pada kelompok responden yang tidak diberikan minyak kayu putih. Diharapkan keluarga klien, perawat secara mandiri mampu mengoleskan minyak kayu putih sebanyak 1 tutup botol, dioleskan pada daerah perut secara memutar. Kata kunci : minyak kayu putih, pasien post operasi, bising usus. This research using methods pre-prosperous experimen to the population all patients post operation that uses anasthetic lumbar region. Tenik side is porposive sampling partly respondents criteria according to researchers desired. Respondents divided into two groups which is the treatment and the control group. Method of data collection that is using the instrument observation sheets of observation and data analysis techniques using a descriptive analysis. Results of the study showed that the granting of cajuput oil on the patient post operation using lumbar anesthesia obtained most 83,33% of respondents to the emergence of intestinal noise at 10 minutes. Whereas in patients who are not smeared eucalyptus/cajuput oil a bit once the colon appear noisy 16.67% on 10 minutes. Pointed out that the granting of eucalyptus oil to stimulate the bowel due to noisy afford heat posed to increase body metabolism and intestinal peristaltic.. There is a positive influence between the granting of eucalyptus oil against an early noise stimulation of bowel in patients post operation using lumbar anesthesia i.e. the respondents given eucalyptus oil to the emergence of noisy gut earlier than in the Group of respondents who are not given eucalyptus oil. Expected clients, family orderlies independently capable of applying cajuput oil a bottle caps, as much as 1 applied to the region of the abdomen in a twisting.
