Abstract
Kata kunci: CVA, Oksigenasi Abstract Non-smooth blood flow in CVA patients results in impaired oxygen saturation. Knowledge required and handling are needed because these conditions greatly affect the function of oxygen delivery in the body. Oxygen needs in the body must be fulfilled because if the oxygen demand in the whole is reduced then there will be damage to the brain tissue and if it lasts long there will be death. The purpose of this study was to determine and be able to assess oxygen saturation, the respiratory rate (RR), Oxygen therapy in CVA patients in Stroke units at the hospital TK. II dr. Soepraoen Malang. The method used in this study is descriptive research. The sample used in this study was 20 cva patients. The variable inthis study is oxygenation Cerebrovasculer Accident (CVA) patients. The instrument used was an oxygenation assessment observation instrument. Picture of oxygenation in CVA patients that the mean value of oxygen saturation is 96.85, mean RR value is 21.62, mean value of Flow is 3.0750. And it was found that most of the respondents as many as 15 respondents (75%) used nasal cannula. Expected researcher to know, understand and carry out oxygenation studies in patients with Cerebrovascullar Accident (CVA). It is recommended for nurse to increase knowledge about oxygenation in CVA patients in the provision of oxygen therapy. Keyword: CVA, Oxygenation
