Abstract

ABSTRAK Sindrome Koroner Akut adalah komplikasi penyakit jantung koroner, yang menyerang pada arteri coroner jantung. Penyakit jantung kambuh secara tiba-tiba bahkan bisa menimbulkan kematian mendadak pada laki-laki dan perempuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor resiko yang menyebabkan terjadinya SKA di RST Populasi penelitian ini pasien diagnose SKA yang pernah dirawat di CVCU. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan data rekam medic pasien yang pernah di rawat di CVCU pada bulan Januari - April 2019 . Teknik total sampling dengan jumlah data sebanyak 25 Orang, 18 laki-laki dan 7orang perempuan. Variabel yang diteliti lembar dokumentasi berisi nama, umur, jenis kelamin, Tekanan Darah, Perokok, Kolestrol, Gula darah, dan Obesitas. Pengolahan data melakukan editing coding dan tabulating. Hasil penelitian ini ddidapatkan sebagian kecil 7 orang(28%) memiliki penyakit jantung lainnya, 100% 25orang berusia >40 Th. Dan hampir setengahnya 72% laki-laki. Sebagian besar 68% memiliki tekanan darah, sebagian kecil 84% kolestrol, presentase Perokok sebagian besar 60%. Hasil gula darah <200 hampir seluruhnya yaitu 76%. Dan orang yang tidak obesitas memiliki presentase 98%. Faktor yang dominan adalah usia, jenis kelamin, dan tekanan darah Melihat hasil penelitian ini maka sangat banyak faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penyait jantung dan yang lainnya. Untuk itu perlu kita pelajari dan kita harus berolahraga memakan makanan yang sehat hindaari junk food, mengurangi rokok. Kata Kunci : ACS, SKA, Penyekit Jantung, Hipertensi ABSTRACT Acute Coronary Syndrome is a complication of coronary heart disease, which attacks the heart coronary arteries. Sudden relapses of heart disease can even cause sudden death in men and women. The purpose of this study is to determine the risk factors that cause the occurrence of SKA in RST The population of this study was SKA diagnosed patients who had been treated by CVCU. The study sample used medicinal data from patients who had been treated by CVCU in January-April 2019. The total sampling technique consisted of 25 people, 18 men and 7 women. The variable studied was the documentation sheet containing the name, age, gender, blood pressure, smoker, cholesterol, blood sugar, obesity. Processing data doing editing coding and tabulating. The results of this study were found in a small proportion of 7 people (28%) had other heart disease, 100% 25 people aged> 40 Th. And almost half 72% are men. Most 68% have blood pressure, a small portion of 84% cholesterol, the percentage of smokers is mostly 60%. The results of blood sugar <200 were almost entirely 76%, and people who were not obese had a percentage of 98%. The dominant factors are age, blood pressure, gender. Looking at the results of this study, there are very many factors that influence the heart disease and others.
