Abstract
Abstract Acute coronary syndrome is the term heart disease caused by a decrease in blood supply to the heart muscle. Reducing blood supply to the heart muscle causes an imbalance between oxygen demand and supply. This study aims to determine oxygenation in patients with acute coronary syndrome in Dr. Soepraoen, Malang City. This study uses a descriptive approach with a total sampling technique of 25 data. The variable of this study is oxygenation in patients with acute coronary syndrome (SKA). The RR analysis of patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome (SKA) was almost entirely Tachypneu 23 respondents (92%) and the oxygen saturation in patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome was mostly normal 21 respondents (84%). Based on the results of this study RR (Respiration Rate) and saturation are the parameters of oxygen assessment in the body. Giving oxygen therapy is important in patients who experience saturation <94%, it shows oxygen in the body of patients who experience reduced SKA or hypoxia so that oxygen therapy is needed. Keywords: Oxygenation, Acute Coronary Syndrome.
