Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada usia prasekolah permainan sangatlah penting bagi anak, karenacara belajar pada anak yang paling efektif yaitu dengan cara bermain. Alat Permainan Edukatif merupakan sarana atau peralatan bermain yang mengandung nilai pendidikan dan dapat mengembangkan kemampuan anak. Alat permainan edukatif dapat dilakukan apabila pengetahuan ibu tentang alat permainan edukatif baik, karena Jika pengetahuan ibu baik tentang Alat Permainan Edukatif maka perkembangan anak akan sesuai. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data meliputi univariate dan bivariate dengan koefisien korelasi lambda. Populasi pada penelitian adalah semua siswa dan ibu di kelas A1 Tk Muslimat NU 01 Pulung Dowo Tumpang metode sampling yang digunakan adalah Total Sampling dengan jumlah sampel ibu 36 dan sampel anak 36 responden. Variabel penelitian ini adalah Pengetahuan ibu tentang alat permainan edukatif dengan perkembangan anak prasekolah. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan Stimuasi, Deteksi Dan Intervensi Dini Tumbuh Kembang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang alat permainan edukatif dengan tingkat perkembangan anak prasekolah. Dengan Uji koefisien lambda di dapatkan nilai p value 0,016(α≤0,05). Pengetahuan ibu berhubungan dengan perkembangan anak prasekolah. Oleh karena itu ibu diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kembali pengetahuan tentang alat permainan edukatif untuk meningkatkan perkembangan anak prasekolah. Kata kunci : pengetahuan, perkembangan, alat permainan edukatif, prasekolah ABTRACT At the preschool age a toy becomes something important for children, because the most effective way to learn is playing. Educational toy is a tool or instrument of game which contain of education value and it can build the children abilities. Educational toy can played if the mother has a good knowledge about it, because if the mother has good knowledge their development will be appropriates. The design of this study was cross sectional with quantitative approach. The population were all students and the mothers in the grade A1 of Muslimat NU 01 Pulung Dowo Tumpang Kindergarten. The sampling methode used total sampling as many as 36 of mothers and 36 of childrens. The varieble of this study was the mother’s knowledge about educational toy with preschool children development. The data collected by quesioner and stimulation, detection and early intervention of growth. The result of this study indicated that there was correrelation between the mother’s knowledge about educational toy and the level of preschool children development. The correlation test used lambda coefficients test with p value as many as 0,016 (α≤0,05). The mother’s knowledge has correlation of the preschool children development. Therefore, mothers are expected to be able increasing their knowledge about educational toy to improve the preschool children's development.
