Abstract
ABSTRAK Seksio sesarea (SC) adalah suatu tindakan untuk melahirkan bayi dengan berat di atas 500 gram, melalui sayatan pada dinding uterus yang masih utuh. Pada luka post op Sectio Caesare perlu diperhatikan eritema luka, karena pada proses penyembuhan akan melalui fase inflamasi ditandai dengan adanya eritema yang normalnya berlangsung sampai hari ke-5. Dengan mengamati eritema pada luka kita dapat mengetahui keadaan luka dan seberapa jauh proses penyembuhan luka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan gambaran eritema luka post sectio caesarean di Rumkitban Lawang Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif, Populasi seluruh ibu post section cesarean sejumlah 15 orang, Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode Total sampling. Besar sampel 15 responden. Variabel penelitian ini adalah eritema luka post sectio caesarea. Berdasarkan analisa data dalam penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan proses penyembuhan luka post SC di Rumkitban Lawang didapatkan hasil pengukuran eritema menunjukkan skala RGB minimal sebesar 97.75, skala RGB maximal sebesar 201.5, rerata sebesar 145.167 dan std deviation sebesar 25.5548 . Sebagian kecil ibu post section cesarea masuk dalam kategori normal dan sebagian besar masuk dalam kategori abnormal dikarenakan berbagai faktor seperti: Usia, Indeks massa tubuh, Riwayat penyakit, dan Tanda infeksi. Hal ini dapat memberikan edukasi faktor-faktor mempengaruhi luka dan diet untuk memepercepat penyembuhan luka Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan perawat dapat memberikan asuhan keperawatan luka post SC sehingga eritema luka berjalan sesuai waktu yang diperkirakan. Kata kunci: Eritema, Sectio Caesarea Abstract Seksio Secarea (SC) is an action to give birth to a baby weighing over 500 grams, through the incisions on the walls of the uterus intact. At Sectio Caesare, post op wound should be considered erythema wound, because the healing process will be through the inflammatory phase characterized by erythema that normally lasts until day 5. By observing erythema on the wound we can find out the wound state and how far the wound healing process. The purpose of this research is to explain the description of Erythema post sectio Caesarean section wound in the Rumkitban Lawang in Malang. The study used a descriptive design of sampling techniques with consecutive sampling methods.The population of all mother post section cesarean is 15 people, The sampling technique is the total sampling method. Large sample of 15 respondents. The variable of this research is Erythema post sectio Caesarea wound. Based on the analysis of data in the research that has been done, the post SC wound healing process in Rumkitban Lawang obtained the result of erythema measurement showed a minimum RGB scale of 97.75, maximal RGB scale of 201.5, average of 145,167 and STD deviation of 25.5548. A small number of mothers post section cesarean are in the normal category and most fall into the abnormal category due to various factors such as age,body mass index, history of disease, and signs of infection. This can ptovide wducation on factors affecting injury and diet to accelerate wound healing. Based on the results of this study, the nurse is expected to give care of nursing wound post SC so that erythema wound running according to estimated time. Keywords: erythema, Sectio Caesarea
